The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. A/C was very effective on heat, warming the room quickly. The motel is on the main highway which means a bit noisy with traffic at night. But, all the other motels are as well.

The room was obviously refurbished recently I would say.,it was spotless and very modern facilities it had everything to make the stay very comfortable I left my phone charger behind and they posted it off to me excellent service .

The only issue is the noise of trucks all night long from the Western Highway where the Motel is located maybe I noticed it more as I live in a quite country street away from main roads.

There are new people running this Motel and it was much cleaner than before. There are new reverse cycle air conditioners in every room and they work great. The shower was excellent, towels were new. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times and this time everything was the best that it has been.

The only issue I have with all the Motels on the Highway is the truck noise. You should always take earplugs with you when you travel to fix this problem.

There was an issue with the booking via booking.com ( I received confirmation motel did not ) the owners rectified the situation and gave me a discount seeing there were limited more expensive rooms available . Their honesty for what was NOT their mistake was commendable and appreciated ❤️ Seeing the issue clearly was a fault in booking.coms system ! ( was booked on 8 th April 3 weeks earlier ) lucky that I called on a sixth sense or I’d have been without a place to stay on a public holiday Grateful to motels Stawell for honoring their offer 🙏

Great rooms, amazing heater and superb, comfortable beds. Have tried alot of places in Stawell due to work and this is my go to spot. In the last month I've stayed 3/4 times and will continue to do so! Owners are lovely as well :) highly recommend

I wish there were different teas available like peppermint! Also, our conditioner in the shower was empty but fortunately we bought our own :)

Great value for money Using it for 5 to 6 nights a week for work and has all the comforts of home. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed(new mattress toppers which where a joy),TV, microwave good size fridge and great reverse cycle air con. Cleaned when you request it and staff are very helpfull.Will continue to use Motel Stawell into the future.

Excellent facilities, wonderful attention to room cleaning and service. Great reception from staff.

Trucks are very loud, but you get used to it after a while. No problem with the hotel, they have no control over the noise.

A couple of things needed attention, however, we were encouraged to notify the manager and we did.

Only that I picked up the wrong pillow from the pile provided in the wardrobe and had a hard one the first night (we stayed 2 nights) - but seriously there was nothing to complain about - and I found a soft one for later...

Nice new fresh clean room. Plenty of space with lounge plus table and chairs. Bed very comfortable, shower hot, WiFi very good, TV reception good.

Had a front room on main highway so traffic noise bit of issue. Recommend get room at rear (less noise). Look at double glazing in front rooms to reduce traffic noise.

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff. As our room was ready on arrival they allowed us to book in before 2pm. On the day we left we had a flat battery and they offered us a cup of tea and a warm room to wait for the mechanic.

The only problem we had was that the toilet paper dispenser was so difficult to use we ended up buying toilet rolls from the supermarket.
