The room was spacious and equipped with good basic appliances. We were quite surprised to see this rustic inn quite well kept and maintained. The toilet seems to be newly refurbished. The lady at the check in was kind and friendly. There are heaps of car parks and the location is very good for a short leisure walk. We really enjoyed our stay here.

At night it could be a little bit noisy from the traffic. But it's still pretty much tolerable. We found a white tail spider and some small house spiders. They're not harmful, so we just put them in a cup and throw them outside the room.

Great value for the money. Has everything you need for a short stay: beds are comfy, bedding is clean. Enough space for belongings and to have a meal. Great shower that was recently renovated and enough toiletries for 4 people. Kitchenette had all the appliances: microwave, kettle, toaster as well as plates, and cutlery. Good quality tea and coffee. Power points are conveniently located near the bed. Several options for the light: bedside lamps, wall lights, overhead lights. Nice playground on the premises for the kids. Location is convenient but close to the road with trucks and a railway. Didn't bother us at all, though.

Some plates and cups were not entirely clean. Had to wash before using.

I brought some cereal from home so didn't purchase any breakfast from the Motel. I knew that I would be well fed at the conference I was attending, and therefore didn't need to purchase a substantial breakfast.

If I have to be honest, I was a bit stunned to find my room door open when I returned to the room after a 5 hour gap. It appeared that the door had to be really pulled tightly shut - mind you, I thought I had, but this was my fault for not pushing on it. I did mention it to the Manager, who popped over to the room to check on me during the afternoon.

Julie, our host for the evening greeted us with a pleasant and friendly attitude on our arrival. Our room located at the rear of the property was spacious, clean and tidy, with a lovely shower that had good water flow and easy to regulate temperature., and the bed was very comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities were provided, as well as small containers of long life milk, with fresh milk available from reception if you prefer., and also complimentary toiletries. Airconditioning worked wonderfully, much appreciated on the hot afternoon and evening. There was also access to outdoor table and chairs in a courtyard type setting .The parking area was large with plenty of room for guests to manoeuvre. Previous reviews have mentioned the “road noise” due to close proximity to the highway, however we did not experience this on our stay.

Not far from the centre of town. Very large room with an efficient aircon system (38dec outside). The bathroom area was large and well appointed. Parking out the front of the room was convenient, with an undercover porch area to sit. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and was also very large.

Unfortunately, we had a main road and a train track that ran most of the night. With some ear buds in on the second night, we were able to get some sleep.

Tiles in shower a bit slippery Turning taps on in shower to get ideal temperature was a bit tricky for the taps are located directly beneath shower head. Had to be careful you didn’t get a burst of hot or cold water.

The room was quite large for the 4 family adults that shared it. Beds comfortable and bathroom was modern. WE used the motel as a stop in our drive home from Adelaide to Melbourne. Quite OK for this purpose.

We knew it was near main highway and traffic noise was not too bad.

Excellent on all counts .Extremely well appointed with lots of space and lovely comfy furnishings. Disappointed with a booking mishap as the motel you directed us to nowhere met your standards.Will very happily recommend to friends and look forward to our next visit. Best regards Allie Denton

On the main road - very easy to find. Room had everything needed - simple, but well thought out. Clean, good large tv, and excellent water pressure in the shower,.

Bit of noise from the large trucks as motel is on main road into and through town - not so bad at night.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. All facilities were there. Parking was easy and the grounds were full of beautiful roses

Being close to the western highway and the railway line, it was a little noisy during the night. Not the fault of the motel, just the location.
