It was spotless, good size room, no road noise.

The motel room smelled clean walking in. It was extremely tidy and felt safe and comfortable. We loved the kitchenette and were able to make our own food. The location was excellent, very close to all we wanted to see and do.

Everything was actually great. Maybe the kitchenette needed a bit more in bowls and plates but that's a really small point. We did find the air con made a lot of noise during the night - we had it on around 19 degrees to keep warm.

The room was clean, appropriately furnished and functional. Its location was off the main road so it was conveniently located but not with significant traffic noise. Parking was under a verandah with a lovely grape vine trimming which was practical and attractive.

The verandah was practical but could exclude vehicles that were higher than normal e.g. had something on a roof rack.

Didn't have breakfast It was spacious as far as bathroom was concerned, but would have been tight if in wheelchair in bedroom It was described as a disable room. I have a disability

Only 1 small long life milk in unit. We had to buy milk. Didn't think it was worth the price charged. I had to be extra careful entering room from outside as there is a lip at the doorway entrance.

Great location for a stopover on our trip to the Great Ocean Road from Orange. Lovely clean and bright room. Great to have undercover parking for the car. It was a joy to have such lovely accomodation after a disappointment on a previous stay en route. I would have liked to compliment them in person but the office was closed when we left. Would definitely stay here again

No issues whatsoever. Everything hunky dory

Very comfortable and clean. If you get one of the top rooms closest to the road, the car cover is fantastic and has heaps of room.

A bathroom window was open when we got there and we didn't realise. We went out for dinner and came back and the place smelt like pot from a neighbour. Just make sure windows are closed because you can't chose who stays next door.

Our hosts were accommodating with a late check in. Our room was spotless and so was the ensuite bathroom. We were only in our room long enough to sleep due to a really late arrival but the bed was so comfortable and the room was dark so we had a great sleep for our stopover. Would highly recommend and would definitely choose this motor inn again.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the showers worked well. I would stay here again if I'm in Ararat again.

Not the fault of the owners, but I heard the trains very early in the morning using their horns.

Great location for our needs, fantastic staff, room was very comfortable, clean and well presented. The beds were super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! We both loved the vines growing along the verandah, it made it feel very Mediterranean and peaceful.

Having to leave, I wish we could have stayed longer!

What's not to like. The room was impeccable. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and relatively modern. We were given an upgrade when we arrived so the room was large and a king bed. The staff, although we didn't see much of them ( as you'd expect) were extremely friendly and always had a smile for their guests. The motel was very quiet ( little to no road noise) and the blockout blinds did a fantastic job of keeping the room dark. ( it was 8.30am when we woke up and thought it was still night). Fantastic spot, can't recommend it highly enough.
