Amazing - never stayed anywhere cleaner than this. Thank you !

The location is excellent. It is just across from the train station that made it very convenient for us. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a kitchenette in the room with a microwave, toaster and kettle. Provisions for tea, coffee were all provided. The staff member was very friendly, pleasant and welcoming. We stayed only for a night and were satisfied with the facilities.

The room rates for a small town motel are pretty high.

Stayed in a King Room for a night in Nov. It’s within walking distance to the main sights and eateries in Ararat (not a big city anyway). The rooms were clean and spacious, with practical facilities (functional and not elaborate). The bed was big enough to fit two adults and two kids. The owner was also nice and friendly, giving us recommendations on where to visit and eat. I’ll consider staying here again when I visit the next time.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Twin Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable with lovely pillows and extra blankets in the cupboard. Heater was working well for a chilly night but we turned it off to sleep and remained warm. Bathroom was also spacious with a large shower and strong water pressure. There was a kitchenette with toaster, kettle and microwave. Walking distance to the main shopping strip and food outlets. Train station is also very close and it was quiet.

Friendly host, so clean and comfortable. The room was very spacious, and good size tv. Double windows and glazing also helped with it being reasonably quiet, was very surprised. A wonderful stay and so close to the shopping precinct, and only a stroll to the RSL, great meals! Would totally come back and highly recommend! 10/10

Not a thing!

Owners were very friendly, the motel doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms have been meticulously renovated, everything spotless and all basics you need are provided. Excellent location, almost opposite Ararat train station. Next visit we will stay here again but catch the train, walk across to hotel and do a tour of J Ward and catch a movie at the art deco Ararat cinema which is all in walking distance.

Genuinely happy to make early breakfast for us, Delivered next morning with a similarly happy greeting. Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious,clean and comfortable. Bathroom also..with safety shower mat..which we appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff member that greeted us at reception was lovely and friendly. We asked for a slightly early checking in time and this was granted swiftly at no additional cost. The room itself was clean and large, with a great kitchenette and bathroom. The whole process of booking, checking in and checking out was very efficient and easy and everything was communicated clearly.

Location was directly across from train station which was great. Service and cleanliness was impeccable. Room was spacious a comfortable and local RSL delivered dinner to my door.

Even with the additional glazing on the windows, the trucks up and down High Street during the night were noisy. No security screens on door. Key lock and chain didn’t feel secure as it could have.

This Motor Inn knows how to do it right. Friendly staff, room was sizeable, and the room was really quiet. We slept very well - the bed had lovely linen. It felt and looked so clean 😃. Extremely happy and thoroughly recommend.

The place was fabulous. But I have to add that while it is advertised as having a kitchenette, which includes microwave, fridge and sink, this does not include a stove/cooker. No problem at all for us, but just letting you know :)
