The hotel is located in the city center, basically two steps from the main square. Everything is in the walking distance. Very spacious room, on two levels with a living area and a bigger bathroom with a tub downstairs. Upstairs there was a tiny toilet, big bedroom area and a lovely balcony with a table and some chairs. There’s a sauna at the hotel, but we didn’t use it. A nice breakfast with a bunch of options (the option to have a freshly squeezed juice of apples, oranges and carrots was very appreciated).

The location is great. Just outside of the centre so walking distance to everything. The staff of the front desk were really friendly and remembered our names going in and out of the hotel. I booked parking in advance at a reduced rate in the hotel's car park which was really convenient too. The room was clean, if not a little dated, but we didn't spend much time in it so it wasn't a problem for us. We asked for rooms next door to each other and we got that which was a huge relief, when you have your kids with you.
There is no air conditioning and we stayed in July so the room was very hot. The staff supplied us with a fan. There is lots of building work going on during the day around the hotel, which, when we opened the window for fresh air was quite noisy. Again, we didn't spend too much time in the room so not a huge problem.

Great location, spacey rooms, quiet, good breakfast (freshly squeezed juices - rarely found in hotels!) , cheap parking nearby. The hotel is nice, 24 hrs, I would recommend staying there.
Parking is cheap , 6 euro for 12 hours at night 10 pm - 10 am), no problem, they renovate their parking area... hope then it will be free for 4* )) The breakfast was great, however if some sweet stuff ends at 9 am, they say that was all they had for today )) 4*? No AC (4*?), but for raining weather you do not need it. Those are really minor things, the hotel is about perfect, and is recommended to stay.

Great location and easy to navigate the city from there. Great staff and clean facilities.
Unfortunately the thermostat was broken in our room and that meant it was extremely warm. This made sleeping difficult. We slept with the window open but wasn’t much help. I believe they’re in the process of fixing it though :)

Excellent location. The staff was amazing and so helpful! Answered every question in detail. Really took the time to talk to guests! Excellent English (and I'm sure excellent German too--- I don't know what else they spoke but their English was near native proficiency).
No AC :( and pretty loud to keep the windows open. Even though they're on a side alley, it's a park kinda area and some guy was yelling on his cellphone till all hours so I had to close the windows. There was no sheet, just a comforter which was too hot to consider. The portable fan was nice, but a ceiling fan would have been nicer. Oh and there appears to be a church nearby because they start ringing their bells at 7am.

Fantastic location, very helpful staff on reception. Hotel reception was beautiful. Room was lovely, we had a mezzanine family room so had an extra floor with separate toilet and sink, plus a little conservatory. Nice mountain views from window. Use of spa is a great extra and this is really nice (I didn't have time to use it but I did check it out and it's fab, red light booths, sauna, steam room and outside terrace loungers) Mini fridge with water provided. Bed was really comfy too.
No tea or coffee making facility in the room. Shower pressure was low so took a long time to rinse hair. I showered in the spa to save time. We didn't book breakfast but they said we could just add on in the morning, it was 7-10am so went down at 9:45 and the host said as only 10mins left we had to go in a la carte main cafe attached to hotel, this was disappointing as we were hoping for the buffet, so if you're doing breakfast make sure you leave enough time.

Hôtel Central right in the old town center and a few blocks from the train/bus stations, staff are well trained and ready to help, our room #101 is a nice modern room, easy to move around with good closet space, has a moveable fan for comfort. We stayed four nights and received a Innsbruck card for free city bus rides, we used it for 501 line and 504 line buses as a day trip to Hall and back; we also enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel’s Cafe Central, which has plenty of choices on the menu and good service. Innsbruck and surrounding areas are so beautiful, I am recommending stay in Hotel Central for a relaxing vacation and enjoying the culture and outdoor activities.

Excellent location, just 5 minutes to centre of town and 7 minutes from train station. Room was clean, requested room with bath and was extremely happy to find this was the case when we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, a good selection of hot and cold choices and plenty of room in the seating area.
I wasn’t aware it was a dog friendly hotel. I am a huge dog lover, having 7 dogs myself, but unfortunately there was a dog left in the room next to ours for most of the day and evening and we endured about 6 hours of intermittent barking and howling. I was more upset that the dog was distressed at being left alone in a strange place than the noise it was making,

The hotel was a short walk from the train station which was the reason we picked it for our short stay of one night. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a superior room which was very spacious and comfortable. It was very close to the main hub of the city with beautiful views of the mountains surrounding Innsbruck.
Air conditioning was a plug in machine which wasn’t hugely cooling. Breakfast was ok, but expected better for a 4 star hotel and it’s a pity there isn’t a jacuzzi in the spa area…there is only a sauna and steam room which I’d imagine are fabulous in winter but with the heat yesterday there was no way we were availing of them.

Hotel is in the middle of the city. 2 mins walk to the center, max. 10 mins walk to Hauptbahnhof. From the first minute you approach the reception, kind and cheerful people greet you. They had a small talk with us, explained hotel amenities. Check-out also was the best and easy. We used luggage storage service for free. The room had coffee station, nice view, comfortable and spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed and 2 types of pillows. It was clean and tidy. You can ask for hygenic products etc. from reception and they have a whole manual explaining it all (perfect for people with ADHD!) The hotel had Spa and fitness too but we didn't use these services during our stay.
Everything was perfect, just the keys to the room are a bit heavy to carry around all day :D
