No kettle in the room

The staffs at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. Hotel restaurant serves very nice breakfast and dinner. We spent half of our evenings dining in the hotel restaurant during our stay. Breakfast is included. On the first evening, there was only seafood options on the menu. However, the receptionist told us that they always serve steak and Schnitzel. We didn't have a room with lake view as we wouldn't really need it. We spent most of our time on the slope. However, if we visit in the summer, I will definitely spend extra money to stay in the rooms with lake views. There is a lovely patio area outside the restaurant facing lake Zell for drinks. Free transport is available to Bruckberg side of the ski lift. You can also purchase your lift pass from the hotel. We rented a car from Munich airport so we drove to Kaprun and Saalbach. I can't make any comments on how easy it is to get to those places via public transport. There is a small car park area next to the hotel for few cars. We had no problem with parking.

many and meaningless rules from the hotel management: there is no lobby, but it has been converted into a lobby bar and at 11am everyone is invited to leave by an unfriendly man., lack of heating and drying for ski boots in the wardrobe., small parking lot., in five days they did not change the bed linen once. We will not visit again.

Beautifully hotel, recently refurbished and all very modern (in a good way) in a spectacular location overlooking the lake. Staff super friendly and very helpful regarding locals walks which are out of this world if a little tough, but lovely sauna and wellness area to relax in at the end of our hike. The hotel restaurant serves fabulous food but it Is quite high end so if you’re staying for more than a few nights and looking for a simple bowl of pasta the nearest restaurant is a short taxi ride/drive away.

Can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that had no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which I found a bit disappointing, love to make a cup of tea and enjoy in bed before I face the day!

Obviously a great view on the lake with many options of exploration should you stay longer, rooms are modern (like new apartments that people build to live in), award winning cuisine. Super friendly personnel.

Confusing check-in hours, probably due to existence of other building in the family enterprise that's more likely for a rent? Hotel reception is actually available to 8 PM (still tricky for international customer).

The facility itself is great thanks to its location and architecture.

The stuff. All the girls at the reception were confused and didnt know anything. We stayed in the appendix which was great and thats what we wanted. But. On our arrival the appartement wasnt cleaned up, the receptionist didnt know about the garage, sauna there, instead she wanted us to come to the main building instead. No free coffee capsules in the room, no dishwasher tablets, no kitchen cloth. The last day we asked for an early breakfast due to our flight schedule, we wanted to come at 7 instead of 730. The girl at the reception the evening before promised she would arrange that but the next morning we were yelled at by the serving staff! Also, there was a group of very noisy german man, one got drunk and vomited at the front door! This should not be happening in a 4 star hotel!
