Tons of activities for kids

The entire facility, including the bathrooms, fixtures, etc., are a bit outdated and not as luxurious as other properties in the same price point, e.g., Jumeirah.

The staff were fantastic, we felt like royalty and was treated so well. we virtually had the hotel to ourselves for the first part of our holiday. The lifeguards were amazing, they turned on the waterpark whenever we approached that area. Our room was huge, we was blown away by the space we all had. We enjoyed a beautifully laid out breakfast brought to our room each morning. We were very respectful of Ramadan and did not eat or drink ourselves during these hours. Housekeeping staff were amazing, they even showed us around some other room options for when we return. The weather is unbelievable in April in Bahrain, it was almost 30 degrees all week. You feel very spoilt staying at Lagoona. they have a lovely calm way about themselves here and gorgeous animals and birds on the premises including peacocks and koi carp, and even a pony for small guys to ride on. The Hotel laid our room out for us due to our special occasion stay and let us check in early and leave according to our flight times on departure. we can’t recommend enough and we will all look forward to returning.

Most kid friendly resort I've been to! Warm welcome by Jassim at reception with gift bags full of engaging and educational activities for my kids and well as a departure gift for myself and kids. Kids throughly enjoyed all the activities, including slides, pools, beach, pigeon feeding, donkey rides, indoor pool. Apartment was spotless and so spacious, very comfortable for families. Beds were really comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the items needed to make small quick meals.

Old rooms & cleaning

We stayed in the suite with a fancy bathroom and jacuzzi. The room size was quite good with a great view of the ocean. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. To top it the breakfast was amazing. We had chosen this property for the in house waterpark and i must say that my family had a blast. The facilities are very good with a good view of the sea. The small animals and birds including beautiful peacocks add a nice touch for the kids. My kid loved feeding the birds and rabbits.

Having slightly warm water at the water park would have helped since it was very cold at the time we visited. But the cold water did not stop us from having fun at the water park. My kid loved it.

Although my stay was brief, it was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service and well-maintained facilities. The staff made my family and me feel genuinely welcome and cared for, starting with the young lady at reception, who greeted us warmly with a genuine smile. The night waiter, Noor, was both knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, displaying a professionalism that suggests a bright future in his field. Our checkout experience, handled by Mr. Saghir Herradi, was just as hospitable as check-in—a rare and refreshing quality that stands out among hotels. 1. Pillow was not comfortable 2. Towels was bad quality and not clean (greyish color due to bad cleaning-teared-hard) 3. Location of the place (uncomplete building around it. . Places with lots of construction waste) 4. Unstable place for breakfast (different venue for different day)
