The hotel is good and they upgraded me to beautiful suits and nothing to tell than thanx

There is 1 problem in weekends and if you came late nite and want to inter in hotel will take you almost 1 hour and if you are in the lower rooms in hotel then disasters you won't sleep till morning from noisy steert. What is happening there we don't know but according to the hotel's staff they said they did so many complaints to the government about this situation but nothing been solved.

Spacious rooms with excellent facilities and service. Great value for the price! The food was nice, with a medium variety, and I really appreciated the full board option. 👍 Special thanks to Nisa, Resty and Bhawan from the restaurant team — they treated customers with genuine kindness and professionalism, as if we were guests in their own home. Truly commendable service.

Several points for future improvement: The bar currently does not serve hot drinks, except for dark coffee. Expanding the hot drink options would be a great addition. The massage center and bar are a bit pricier than you'd typically expect. All the massage center therapists are female—no male specialists available. It’d be better to have more variety for guests to choose from.

Beyond my expectations, indeed! Hotel is well located close to the Bahrain fort and Seef Mall. All of the staff was eager to help and serve as much as possible. There was a broad variety of food in breakfast and could satisfy everyone's preference. Special thanks to Nisa, Evita and Mijari who served me. The gym was well equipped and the pool area was sufficient to enjoy the sun and a few relaxing moments. Room was spacious and had everything I could need. This hotel made my stay in Bahrain both safe and comfortable.

Amazing location and very clean and neat hotel. Not noisy at all. I was a little afraid it will be noisy since they have a bar but very decent hotel with all kinds of people. The bed is so comfortable and so are the pillows and cover I could sleep in the whole day.

The room next door we could hear them clearly and the bell boy was rude as I asked him to get our luggage since my husband couldn’t find parking but he said wait I’m with someone that person was still checking in so was I. Even after that I kept waiting for more than 5 mins after checking in still no one to help then the receptionist he went himself and got the luggage for us so kind of him.

I like the warm welcome of the staff. Specifically Melody Fontanilla helped us arrange our stay and provided us room per our request. She is very accommodating and anticipates our needs. She is very reachable anytime we ask for something. Another staff support was Rania, she very well took our requests fast and with confidence. Also the room is very well cleaned by daily assigned staff ours are Malaysian girl and one time Bangladesh guy. They are both very efficient. Housekeeping and Room service are both responding fast and efficiently. I love to stay again in Swiss Belhotel Seef and make it our family's second home when in Bahrain. Excellent hotel excellent service.

Well maybe because its Ramadan, we were not able to use the pool as it is on an ongoing maintenance. But nevertheless we still enjoy other amenities of the hotel.

I always choose Swiss-Belhotel Seef Bahrain as my first option whenever I visit Bahrain, and it never disappoints. The check-in and check-out process is always smooth and efficient, the rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds, and the staff are consistently welcoming and friendly. Every stay feels effortless and enjoyable. Truly a perfect hotel experience!
