Fantastic location in a safe and upscale neighbourhood, you have everything at walking distance, 3 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes away from Shopping Leblon, Decathlon, McDonalds, cafes, restaurants. Rooms are decent sized, there's curtains at every bed, there's a kitchen, terrace and the atmosphere is friendly. Would definitely recommend it!

The location of this hostel is its major selling point. Located maybe 100m from the beach its the perfect distance from Leblon, going the other direction there is also lots of restaurants, stores and quick and easy food options. I think the reason i liked this hostel were the people i met here and the location.

The Beds were not the best, especially on the top bunk climbing up was difficult especially when intoxicated, the kitchen space was also quite non-existent, also it was advertised that staff spoke English however only one person there spoke English so there was a bit of a language barrier at times. For example, i booked a hiking tour and the hostel booked a different one for me, partly my fault for not double checking but they also advertised the wrong hike to me in the first place.

The location is INCREDIBLE!!! I went to the beach everyday, honestly it was hard to NOT go to the beach. It is also very close to a cool restaurant that has live music on Saturdays. The staff is great and I would for sure go back!

The beds were those plastic covered mattresses, which I find SUPER uncomfortable, but it's a hostel and sometimes that's what you get. You also need to be buzzed in in order to enter. This was only an issue one time and I was trapped outside for about 15 minutes buzzing until another guest let me in. But I was there for 5 days and that only happened once.

Fantastic location, only 3 minutes walking from the Leblon beach, upscale neighbourhood, feels safe, a lot of very nice places to eat, shopping Mall Leblon is 5 minutes away, Decathlon just around the corner, McDonalds and the great Zona Sul Supermarket all in less than 5 minutes walking distance.

Great location, great restaurant downstairs! Samantha and Carlos were very helpful in navigating Rio! The hostel is only a block away from leblon beach. The Wi-Fi was good and the showers upstairs were hot. Carlos went above and beyond by showing me places near the hostel to get an adapter so my devices would work! The mall nearby has a great burger place called Hell's burgers! It's the best burger that I've eaten in South America! The beds have plenty of space and curtains! The 10-bed room had a fantastic balcony!

I could not get the showers downstairs to have hot water, but they were working on that issue when I was leaving.

Great Staff, One block away from Leblon Beach. 2nd best of 6 hostels I stayed at in LeBlon. Samantha was cute. Carlos was super helpful. Fridge, microwave, a place to dry my clothes. Bathrooms were good. Great Burger at Hell's Burgers in the Leblon Shopping Complex. The Hostel's restaurant was great too, and the discount made it the best option in the neighborhood. The filet de frango and file Mignon were outstanding. The biggest room was the best. Balcony right over the restaurant! good lockers, curtains, good space.

but only the upstairs bathrooms had hot water that I could get to work. the mattresses were a bit thin.

Fantastic location 2 minutes walking from the beach, very clean and safe neighbourhood, excellent restaurants and cafes around, also shopping Leblon Mall is 5 minutes walking distance from the hostel, the receptionists are super friendly so I am really happy with Hostel Leblon

The location is awesome, pretty close to the beach. The staffs were great too.

At night the employee responsible to open the doors were sleeping and didn't open the doors, I needed to press the bell a lot of times like 4:30am because the front desk employee were sleeping.

Large private room (twice the size of nearby I’m Hostel RJ!). A modern hostel in a great location in a beautiful and safe neighbourhood of Leblon - handy for the beach (1 block away) and many cafes, bars and restaurants. Friendly and welcoming staff on reception, nice atmosphere.

Kitchen not very well equipped - only a microwave for preparing food, but fridge, coffee maker & crockery available. Our (private) room was not cleaned during our 4 night stay.

Really well located nearby the beach & good places to eat/drink in Leblon. The staff speaks English & is super friendly!

Noisy at night because of the bar/restaurant on the ground floor. The bathrooms should be renovated…
