Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - heart of Leblon with everything one could want in the neighborhood nearby. Breakfast is fresh, with diverse options. Fantastic view from our eighth floor room of the mountainside nearby. We appreciated that they provided a plug converter for free, and the cleaners were quite flexible as to when to clean the room.

Was on the pricey side, though admittedly we stayed over New Year's Eve and day so it was a peak time, and other options we looked at in Ipanema or Copacabana were even more expensive. Pool is small and covered by a translucent roof, so not really outside, which was a bit disappointing. But these are very minor issues: overall, we had a great stay and will certainly stay there again next time we are in the area.

Conveniently located in a great location with quick walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Safe area with lots of access to public transportation options (tours, Uber, Taxi, etc). Staff was very accommodating for our early arrival and late departure. While check in/check out times were not adjusted (understandably), we were able to use the facilities, go to the beach, store luggage, use the hotel lobby and bathrooms throughout the day. The bellhop man was super nice and very attentive with storage of our luggage and making sure we were on the correct transfer each day. Housekeeping was friendly and refreshed our room daily. Breakfast was pleasant with a clean dining area. I would highly recommend Ritz Leblon to future travelers.

Provide wash cloths for the bathroom.

The staff were excellent and friendly. I felt very welcomed by them. The breakfast was delicious. The location is great. I felt safe there. There are many shops and facilities nearby.

The view is not quite good. But this is a small thing compared to the rest of good stuff offered by the hotel.

The hotel staff all spoke English. The breakfast was high quality. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The gym was cleaning and everything was in working condition.

I only had one complaint. I used the gym every morning. The open hours for the gym was at 6 AM. the gym would never be opened I had to get someone to come open the gym for me. The 2 mornings out of the 3 days the man didn't know how to turn the air conditioning on. The air would not get turning on for another 30 mins every morning.

Great location, good food for breakfast. The bed was comfortable

On the balcony, the barrier was not stable and moving. The sink was constantly blocked.it was very difficult to get to the 9 floor because the waiting time for the elevator was very long. Should be good to have a shower gel maybe.

- oldish bathroom - only two elevator for the whole building causing long wait especially for going down for breakfast - noisy room (man at work early in the morning)

Excellent stay in Leblon. The hotel very well located. It's decor is more modern than most in that area and it offers a very good breakfast. Attentive and kind staff.

The qualilty of the towels and of the bathroom amenities was not what one would've expected considering the cost of the stay. Overall, the cost-benefit equation seemed a bit lopsided.

Nothing; but I wish there were nicer toiletries and I wish we had robes and slippers as those small details would’ve made the value higher for us
