The view is incredible, the room, the breakfast

There is no restaurant (at the time we stayed), the shower was nice but the water couldn’t go away easily, I guess the pipe system was not very good. The hotel is located very high up, so don’t be afraid if you have to go all the way down the favela (nice hike tho)

The view and the service is great, breakfast to your room very complete and delicious. Party at rooftop is also great with the show and the service level. The facilities of the hotel have the good vibe and the room is very romantic.

Access to the location is not easy. Despite the hotel provides with instructions, additional service from hotel to get there would be nice to have. Finally, as the hotel is isolated, a pool would be nice to have.

Amazing! I was a female solo traveller The room was spacious The bed super comfy The shower better than any power shower The mini bar better stocked than any hotel The balcony and view the best ! The taxi driver who took me up was very infornative vehicles people motorbikes everywhere but everyone gets on!!! No one shouting or pushing like in Uk..!. But the motor bike taxi's...id go back for that experience!! I travelled with at least 6.. all exceeded expectations. From the young guy with heavy base playing making me laugh... to the night guy who took me on a mini tour... to the morning guy who took me to the Sheraton and checked i crossed the busy rush hour traffic .and not forgetting the one who took me to the cafe on the beach !! Oh and the onr who took me and my very heavy case and two bags.. and I'm no lightweoght... down to catch a cab checking i was ok all the way !.. And thank you to the young guys from Mirante ..who carried my bags to the motorbike without even asking.! The drum practice was also an added bonus good to see young people carryimg on tradition and being involved in the community and not glued to any phone or ipad !!!

One of the most beautiful view of the planet! A unique experience in the Vidigal favela.

- The staff doesn't go above and beyond for you. Although the young lady was very nice, her boss was absolutely unfriendly and didn't try to accommodate any requests. - Bad taste: The view is absolutely amazing but they put an ugly sticker on the main window. That's perfect to ruin all your photos. - It was not that clean. Stains on the towels. Stains on the window. - there is no bathroom, just a shower with the toilets in it. - FYI: you need to take a mototaxi up and down everytime. It's a very fun experience but I'm not sure everyone would love it. It costs 10 reals each way per person. Finding a mototaxi at the top of the favela can take a bit of time and it can feel quite dangerous.

Do NOT travel here if you aren't reaaaaaal comfortable with traveling on the back of a bike up and down very steep favela streets...or paying an exorbitant cost for a driver to help get your bags down at the end of your stay.

view was outstanding, breakfast is served at your balcony, bar in the rooftop was good u can see the full view of Leblon Beach

taxis/uber wont drop u in the hotel itself as the way to go there was so stiff u need to ride a motor taxi to go the what they so called ENTRANCE where u can catch a pub. only 1 hotel attendant can speak in english the rest u have to use google translate, garbage was very smelly on your way to the hotel

Nice stay in this Hotel, not easy to access but it is worth it. Just make sure you have enough small change for the moto or the Van.

beautiful view of Vidigal favela and Leblon beach. In weekends they have awesome parties. there is another bar in front of the hotel, also awesome. staff is friendly and helpful. breakfast is simple but delicious. the bed is very comfortable. room is big enough and there is a beautiful balcony so that u can enjoy they view all the time. Wi-Fi works well. the taxi driver is an awesome guy.

the bathroom is not completely closed and is separated by a glass door. but if u get along with your friend/partner it shouldn’t be a problem.

Loved the view, the food, the drinks, the party and music.

Needs new mattresses! They’re all torn up.

After years of traveling this was by far the coolest and most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in. Luckily I knew what I was getting myself into so it wasn’t a big suprisse.
