3 days stay in the end of Oct. It was very clean. Not too crowdy. Nifty and compact but still you have everything you need for a pleasant family vacation-two restaurants combining Bulgarian and international cuisine. Very quiet room. The staff were really kind. We had 2 sinks in the bathroom which is very helpful for a family with kids. There’s a kids playground right outside. Also inside the hotel -with a person to watch over the kids while you can enjoy calmly a drink with your spouse. Inner and outer swiming pools with hot water. Pools were clean. Outside there are ~7 beds you can relax if you want. I didnt had the chance to check the sauna / massage/steam baths and the rest of the spa area as i was with kids. There are 4 outdoor jacuzzi type mineral pools with 4 different water mineralisation levels, which are quite nice to sit and enjoy the cold weather outside. Also with hi healthcare effect on the human body. The temperature in one of them can really test your ability to withstand heat. Love it for a short heat-up Parking spaces outside.

When you want to order something from the inner pool and the water massage is ON in the pool and a lot of kids around - the communication over the phone with catering department is difficult. I went by foot with bathrobe in the restaurant to order in person and i was told that bathrobes are not the type of clothing suitable for the reastaurant-i should use the phone to order 🤪🤔🙂.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I also really appreciated the convenient location — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

i expected more spa opportunities

Indoor pool, fusion restaurant, spacious and clean rooms.

Old and beat up room interior. Noisy during the night due to all the clubs nearby. Small spa.

There was only 1 very small elevator for the hall hotel and the bass from the piano bar was too high, it was bothering us even on the 3rd floor ! The Garden Resturant was all smoking area which was not good at all and the stuff there was not very familiar with the menu and specially not helpful with the wine list ! Everything else was perfect !

The architecture is excellent. Very stylish and comfortable. The pools were great. The food was nice.

I will prefer the robes for the pool to be fluffy.

perfect location, convenient parking, nice staff, great breakfast, exceptional massage service, good spa area and pools, delicious restaurant inside the hotel with live music.

Some of the guests had very low culture, they were rushing for spa area, breakfast, asking their kids to jump in the hot pool, although forbidden, typical village culture, maybe control by hotel staff shall be increased and penalties on such behavior imposed.

The staff were, on the whole, very helpful, although it took some time to get the jacuzzi sorted out. Radoslav was cool. Nikol was great.

The information on the website made me think there was a private pool in the Gracia suite, but this actually referred to the jacuzzi.

The hotel had many facilities and that was helpful. Staff were also very helpful.

The hotel did not quite feel five stars, in need of renovation perhaps as well. The bar downstairs was not a piano bar nor the service was appropriate for a 5 star place.
