MiRaBelle was exceptional! Our family had the most amazing time here! Everything was clean, the rooms, the bathroom was great, with a walk-in shower, the pool was pristine and kept clean at all times. There are plenty of sunbeds out for everyone. There is a really nice lounge area with comfy sofas, armchairs, and air conditioning by the bar. The terrace with a pool view was a very nice touch. There was so much diversity in the meals offered by the restaurant, and there's always fresh, delicious food set out as a Swedish buffet that you can help yourself to. As for fruit and deserts, you will not be disappointed. Everything we tried was excellent. The staff were all amazing, hardworking people, kind, polite, sociable, and very hospitable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager upon our arrival, and she is a very special person I am so very grateful to. Also, top marks for the animation team who are trying their very best to keep everyone's spirits high and entertained. There's something new and interesting planned out for the guests at all times, fun and games and even a show in the evening by the stage. The property is 7 storeys high, but they have elevators installed, and there are plenty of parking places if you go there by car. They even offer a shuttle service to the beach, which is conveniently close enough for a few minutes' walk if you want to take in some fresh air. We were sad to be leaving this wonderful place but will surely be back next year! They are doing an excellent job, and we are so thankful for everything!

It was great to be back! This was our second stay here and we loved the food, the animation team and the pool area. We knew what we signed up for and they did not disappoint.

Not all hotel guests respect the facility rules, especially the safety rules for 'no glasses by the pool area' and common sense regarding not entering the restaurant grounds and common hotel inside areas while wet and in bathing suits. But these are all matters of decency and common sense and they are not the hotel's fault. But the rules could be a little more reinforced.

Everything was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was a good size and there was a balcony with a great view. The sea is close to the hotel - it takes about 8-10 minutes to get to it. The hotel has a large pool and also a section for the kids to play in next to it. There was a large variety of food to choose from and also a lot of drink options. There were two elevators that worked perfectly and the room also had air conditioner.

We travelled with our two small kids and we had a pleasant stay at Mirabelle Hotel. Friendly staff, most of them the same persons from last year. Highlights of out stay: entertainment team with program for kids and adults, the view of the sea from our balcon, shuttle bus to/from the beach, snack bar with snacks and drinks between the main meals, The staff were all amazing, hardworking people, kind, polite, sociable, and very hospitable. We had a lot of fun and the most important our kids have enjoyed the stay at Mirabelle Hotel, so we will come back here.

Coffee MUST be changed, even with a filter coffee will be better than the ness one.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Mirabelle in Golden Sands, and I can't express how wonderful my experience was! Each meal was not only flavorful but also beautifully presented, making dining a delightful experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautifully maintained pool area. It was always clean and inviting, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hotel's location is also a plus, with easy access to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the stunning seaside views and activities. The quality of the service and the overall value for money were exceptional. Everything was perfect, making our stay unforgettable. MiRaBelle hotel is a lovely place! Fresh air, with a perfect sea view, surrounded by big trees, just forget about the hotness and the noise (typical for all the hotels situated on the main walking street). Beach is 7 to 10 min away by walk, and I loved it, because we are active people anyway. There is a regular shuttle for those who are bit lazier :) The hotel management is very professional, the facilities are clean and the whole staff is absolutely friendly and greatly organised. Fresh black sea mackerel is served every day and cooked differently. Vegetarian food options.

The hotel hallways, bathrooms, elevators, the stairwell need some renovation. I would also be happy if there were real Bulgarian honey for breakfast and plant based milk. I would also recommend more plant based options in the menu.

Rooms are spacious and clean.The view was stunning and the staff is very friendly and helpful.The best part was the food,both national and international,variety of meals,salads,sweets and fruits.Entertainment was great as well both during the day and in the evening.

Access to the beach

The personnel was very helpful and customer oriented. Even though I needed to cancel my previous booking due to an unforeseen situation, and the hotel was entitled to retain a cancelation fee, they refunded the entire amount. Also, they made me a very nice surprise at the check in.

Parking fee should be included in the package. It is quite difficult to find a parking spot near the hotel, so if you travel by car is very helpful to have the parking included in the offer.

Overall good. The property is an old hotel that was partially renovated. Good location, very clean (the rooms, the pool area and the restaurant were all very clean at all times) Very comfortable bed and very quiet area. The pool area was quite nice too. Nice staff too.

Unfortunately the food has a big minus for me. Especially the meat-based ones In terms of food there were plenty of meals you could choose from (it’s a buffet) BUT the meat ones were unfortunately not good at all. Also, what was a bit off for me was a bad smell coming from the bathroom at all times.
