We booked a room with "Park view" but when we got to our room we noticed we had a upgrade and had a room with beach & sea view! This started better than we thought, we were welcomed by the manager Nicolai and he made us feel right at home and said "If you have any questions please ask me or the staff" At the reception the girls Selin, Gerigana, Ivon and Yoanna had an answer on every question we asked and their knowledge was excellent. Because my partner is a celiac we were introduced to the restaurant manager Petur and he showed her around the restaurant which food she could and could not eat (everything is nicely written down on little signs above the food, like Vegan, Gluten etc etc...) The hostess Neli and her staff escorted us to our table and already knew my partner could only have gluten free food. Sylvia is a excellent hostess and took care of us and our wishes in the restaurant, we really felt at home here. There were a la carte restaurants in the Hotel and all you had to do is reserve in advance and you could get a table, our Italian dinner was really nice and well presented, like you were in Italy! The Sauna's were good and hot, just what you expect. We can recommend this hotel to everyone, it's at the end of the boulevard so it's not so loud and you can enjoy a good nights sleep.

That's a hard one.... yes one sauna wasn't working and someone took my towel (they are free for everyone....) but was swiftly replaced by a member of staff. The infinity pool is a bit overrated but hey it's nice for a dip with a view. I really can't think of any negative aspects of this hotel.

It’s my second time here so I can tell that I loved almost everything. What I like: the location, right next on the beach, the clean in the entire building, including the room, the cleaning staff, the minibar guy, the maids, the perfect view ( i had a room with sea view) , the infinity pool. For the parking I paid 20 leva/day at the hotel. What I don’t liked: the food. I don t know what”s happened… Almost all food had no taste. 2 years ago when I was there I gave a 5 stars for the food. But now , I can’t say that anymore. I hope they will improve it. But for the cleaning and the most professional staff I must give them a 5 stars.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Griffid Encanto hotel. The exceptional service and hospitality provided by the Griffid team made our vacation truly memorable. Ms. Prodanova's professionalism, kindness, and unwavering support were instrumental in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We are deeply grateful for the exemplary service and the warm atmosphere created by the Griffid team. For example, one evening when we had dinner, they served a welcome drink to the adults at the entrance of the restaurant, and they did not forget the kids, as every child also received a welcome drink. It is clear that Griffid Encanto is committed to providing top-notch hospitality, and our experience certainly reflected this commitment. The only thing that needs improvement is the coffee in the morning. The quality of the coffee and the size of the cups should be reconsidered.

Location: the hotel is located on the beach, with it’s own private beach and a splendid view of the sunrise. Additionally there is immediate access to the external and internal pool. Cleanliness: our cleaning lady was Mrs. Maryianna, a wonderful lady, very friendly and very careful with the cleaning. And made our kids very happy also by leaving nice arrangements made from towels. The personnel of the hotel are very nice, they made our vacation very nice.

It’s not a minus but the kids pool water was very cold. If something can be dine about this.

We are a couple 30+ and we stayed for 10 days. Kids are allowed on the property, but entertainment makes it so that they won’t disturb any of the guests without kids. The room was quiet and so was the beach. The beach is right in front of the hotel. The saunas are amazing and so is the infinity pool for those so inclined. The lobby bar and the pool bar have the best drinks you can find, bartenders know their way around any cocktail and the iced coffee is excellent everywhere in the resort. It is clean clean clean and then they will clean some more. Fresh towels whenever you need them and the minibar is the little thing completing the comfort. The food was great, with a lot of options for everybody. We had to work out the extra-weight from the amazing food at the even greater gym. The mediterranean restaurant should be visited at least once.

You have to be a little mindful about planning your days because sunbeds are limited on the beach. We are morning people, so we had no problem, but try getting around 9 am to the beach and put your towel on a sunbed if you like to come to the beach after 10 am.

Really quiet area, no music no crowds, restful vacation. Great cocktails, 24 h open lounge bar, very nice staff, exceptional cleaning.

Pool area inside, infinity pool area and the beach area are too small for all the guests that the hotel can accommodate, people were literally fighting for seats on the beach, the staff had to intervene. The food not so good, I was a little bit disappointed..

This year we booked a CONCEPT room vs last year, when we stayed in a normal room. We would like to share with you a "few" things we enjoyed this year, as concept guests: - very clean rooms(but this is a general thing, Last year also the room where cleaned thorowghly) - beach towels changed every evening (by the housekeeping), for the next day- we did not use the keycards for the towels+ little Ritter Sport chocolates - minibar refilled everyday with: 2 bottles of water, 1 vitamin water, 2 local beers, 1 Mirinda and 1 Pepsi. - free drinks at the Skybar (7th floor) with a super view! - dedicated areas at the 6th floor and on the beach and being served at the sunbed, with whatever drinks you desire - you can avoid the crowdiness in the main restaurant, by eating breakfast at the beach restaurant or at the Skybar. For the dinner, you can make a reservation (free of charge, of course) at all the a la carte restaurants: Bulgarian( at Sentido Marea hotel), Beach Club Restaurant, Italian ( in the hotel), Mediteranean (Moko restaurant Foodisiac). In all of our stay, we ate only at these restaurants, and the food is great! - in the welcome kit, in the room, you can find a beach bag and sun hats - the staff was extremely kind, always smiling and there to help you. We have special thanks for Alex- the bartender from the Skybar, Stella, also serving breakfast în the Skybar and their male colleague(which name I cannot remember right now), bartending in the evening at the same Skybar. The waiter from the beach bar from most of the mornings, who served us breakfast. He is the best! All in all, the CONCEPT room is at an another level of luxury and for sure, we will return at this hotel, booking the same kind of room.

The only thing that we did not like is that the rooms are not phonic isolated. If someone passes by on the hallway and speaks a little bit louder, you can hear everything, especially in the morning, when no one keeps quiet... The parking spaces are not enough, but we where lucky and found a parking space from the beggining.

We are already at our third stay with the Grifid Chain (Vistamar & Sentido also), and this hotel, Encanto did not disappoint either. Plus: cleanliness with a 10/10 rating, daily housekeeping, friendly staff, warm and open people, always smiling, and a variety of dishes. We can't wait to return to the chain.🥰
