The facilities are wonderful! Water park and the pools. But most important is the wonderful manager Georgi Tomov who went out of his way to help us, since my family member is a handycap... He was really caring and gentle and solved the problem in a very creative way; we slept in another Grifid hotel close by, but during the day he let my kids use the water park in Grifid Bolero, it was a beautiful gesture and we really appreciated it greatly...

Things to improve: Evening programme and dj, nobody knows how to connect the equipment. :) The music is often too loud. Massage: Do not buy this service because it is just a pat and has nothing to do with massage. I booked a "sports massage" and even asked several times if it was really there, I was assured that they know what a sports massage is. Even though the hotel advertised 20% for the massage everywhere, on top of not getting what I needed, I was charged the amount without the discount.

The stuff was kind,the food was ok,animation team was great for the kids and for the adults also,they organised diffrent activities like polo,footbal etc. Room cleaning was performed almost daily.

At the first we received another room (not what we paid for)but they fixed quick...we received another one...Advice:first check your room without going with luggage's! The plates and glases were sometimes not cleaned or finished to good. It is kind of difficult to find a free pool or beach lounger if you're not getting wake-up at 6-7 a.m. to "reserve it "with a towel...they should implement a system for that.

Spacious rooms. Great food selection and quality, good alcohol. Helpful staff. Nice pools. Very good entertainment program for kids and talented animators.

For most places need to go up some stairs, not very comfortable with a stroller. The indoor pool is very deep, not comfortable to use with toddlers. No bathroom on the beach. No practical playroom for toddlers.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to the beach, delicious food and drinks, very clean rooms. The room booked for us was a bit far from the hotel entrance, the last building in the resort which had its downside, but it was quieter up there, which we appreciated. It was good that we had the chaise-longs at the beach included, we found available spots everyday, sometimes further from the beach or the bar, but still there was space.

Downside of having the room in the last building is that we had to climb many stairs. Parking was a challenge being in full season, they were not well organised when it came to parking, they should delegate at least an extra person from the staff to help with parking during check-in times, we have waited a lot (20-30 minutes after check-in) for someone to come and guide us to the parking lot which was also far from the hotel itself. It could have been easily resolved by receiving the parking space location along with a ticket to indicate that I'm a hotel guest, so I could go there myself instead of waiting. At the beach not all the chaise-longs and umbrellas were well-maintained, some of them were broken, some of them missed their plastic tables.

Everything is ok. More than ok :)

But the parking....20 leva per day...10 euro...for 6 nights 60 euro...and there is no parking area... The car was in front of the hotel ...

Clean and well maintained, nice pool and aquapark. Great location. Tasty food & lovely drinks at the bar. Bulgarian restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Friendly and very helpful staff. Relaxing SPA treatments were also good.

We had some issue with the bathroom (smell in the evenings), which was sorted promptly after complaining. Only one type of beer was available in the restaurant, which unfortunately was not to our taste.

Grifid hotel changed our reservation to Encanto hotel, Was very clean, the staff was great, help us all the time, big rooms, internal swimming pool was hot and clean, every day the room was clean very nice. The open bar was excellent, 24/7

building we had the room in needs some investments (room refurbish), there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom during the night

The pool bar, the slides, the view, the room in building A, the beach, the fact that is a club not too big and well organized

No toillet on the beach, the occupied sunbeds with towels and no persons sitting in, entertainment could be improved ( like yoga classes or aqua gym in the pool etc)
