The rooms are very big and clean, the bathrooms are also big and clean, the hotel is right on the beach, the parking is 20 leva/night, the pool is big, but not enough beach lounger, the food and the drinks was very good... A lot of places where you can buy souvenirs and a lot of things... And now... For all the people who say that the food is not good and it was the same in every day, let me tell you something... For the money that you paid, you can't eat caviar and who knows what expensive food you want... The food was very good and it was more than enough !!! There was on every meal 5-6 types of cooked food and a lot of salads... and a lot of fruits and deserts... and... everything... You can choose ONE OF THEM... not ALL OF THEM every day and in the next day to say that you want something else (another 5-6 types)... Really ??? You are not Elon Musk... Nobody eat at home 5-6 types of cooked food in one day... on one meal !!! I saw there a lot of people who take 4-5 plates of food and they leave 70% of the food on the table, because they can't eat so much !!! WHY DID THEY DO THAT ??? I tell you why... Because they don't care about the food that goes in the trash because of them... and they are... I don't want to say how..................... So, guys, from you leftovers, you can feed another 3 people !!!!! You can eat as much as you want, but put in your plate what you eat, not more... I eat quite a lot, but I put on my plate ONLY what I can eat... If I want more, I go and put again what I want... The food was very good !!! Stop making bad comments about food, you "rich" and arrogant people !!!

The pool attendant he was very rude when I tried to get a towel - it was 5 minutes after the opening time and he just ignored me - so when i picked a towel up he barked at me saying this is not a shop - when i said whats your problem he said i was the problem - he should never have a job dealing with public no excuses for being rude

We really enjoyed our vacation, Lilia hotel was really a good choice. We had a pretty big apartment with a bedroom with sea view. Room was clean and had a big balcony. Here are a few things that we really liked and I'm sure everyone would like it: 1. Lilia Hotel is really near the beach, just a few steps away. 2. All inclusive foods and drinks were good. 3. Our apartment was really big and enough for a family with children. 4. We had a very beautiful sea view from our rooms. 5. There are a lot of small markets and restaurants nearby.

Totally it was good, but there are also a few problems that if they resolve, it would be even a better hotel: 1. Hotel Stairs for the beach exit didn't have a place where people with wheelchairs or baby carriages can use, it was normal stairs only which I think it's not really professional for a 4* hotel. 2. Elevators were old and one of them was always showing wrong info (for example we were on floor 4 and it was showing 1) 3. Staff could have smile on their face when talking to clients, I talked to them a few times and all the time they were either very tired or upset, no one ever smiled, only the gentleman from the bar was smiling all the time, others probably should learn from him.

My impressions are very positive. The hotel is very good. The location is excellent. The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. WiFi is stable all the time and can be used for free. The food and drinks in the restaurant are good and there are enough of them at all times. The staff is very kind and friendly. I am very satisfied with the price-quality ratio.

Some things that don't matter.

The reception staff and the hotel maids were exceptionally efficient welcoming and kind. The room I was given exceeded my expectations tenfold. The rooms were kept very clean throughout the stay and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The beach is very accessible from the hotel.

Long check-in times can be an annoyance.The food was at times poorly prepared (rare instances of raw meat but in most cases chewy and overcooked)

I've enjoyed the view offered by the room, the room was very large and the view was directly to the sea, the hospitality of the employees, very flexible as to serve my interests supporting me during my accomodation, the food was ok, surroundings very pleasant, there was music in the night downstaris at the locals, very close to the sea. I would definetly come again!!

Staff was friendly, great value for money. Food was ok , very nice house wine . Hotel need renovation but it was keep it clean and bed was very comfortable.

Don't eat food at your room because you might have some ants . Also hairdryer are very wick .

The food was very good. And the staff spoke english reasonably well. Minibar had restaurant like prices.

Parking was a hassle, you pay for parking and habe to move around cars to get a spot. The info package in the room did not mention a lot, for example the pool on top (costs 10lv extra per day). All the pools close at 5pm. The hotel is a bit old and you van see it.

Everything was fantastic! Very clean, specious and comfortable room. Carpets on floor, pillows were soft and bathroom tub was a great addition for my comfort. The manager Ivelina was extremely helpful with sorting changes on my reservation and all stuff were polite
