Had a nice little pool but the water slide turns off an hour before end of pool time.

The restaurants were all closed during our stay so even offering fruit, granola bars or yogurt cups in the morning would have been nice as it was expensive to stay at in July. We would have chosen something else if we had known ahead of time or brought extra food with us as we travelled with our 10 year old granddaughter.

The staff were helpful and professional. The location was convenient as well.

The location was great and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, the room was never cleaned during our 2nd night stay, and towels were not replaced, until we called the front desk when we reached that night.

Staff was very helpful at the hotel and helped me with problems with my reservation that was messed up by booking.com

I booked room for 1 adult and 3 children, but at the hotel receptionist told me that my booking was just for one adult. Communication between booking.com and hotel is very poor.

Holiday Inn chain is my favorite. Their beds, sheets and pillows are my favorite! Nice big clean rooms. Always enjoy my stay

Normally breakfast is included. This location it was not. But normally liking what the Holiday Inn usually provide I chose to purchase the breakfast for an extra 15$ each. So disappointing. No yogurt. No variety of breads. Everything way over done and just sitting there for hours. Wow. So not only is it not included but it is worse than what was served when it was. Should have gone to McDonald's.

The location was convenient.

We booked the room for 4 people. We only had 3 towels, 2 bottles of water, 2 coffee cups. When I asked at the desk about some extra water, I was told in a very dismissive manner that there we couldn’t have any. We would not expect this from a Holiday Inn, and $249.00 for a room with not enough towels, coffee and water is unbelievable.

It was on the way to Jasper from Edmonton so convenient for us to avail this facility.

It is closed to highway so trucks passing by making noise. You have to be watchful when entering and taking exit. Don’t know as we didn’t book directly through hotel website but rooms allotted to us were not very clean.
