The rooms are spacious and well stocked including all necessary bathroom items (ie body lotion, body wash, shampoo AND conditioner), a mini fridge AND a microwave (didn’t expect that!). The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The highway is just one road removed from the hotel so proximity is super close without the road noise!

Not that it was a significant issue, but our room was facing the inner courtyard and pool area which is lovely to look at (and super convenient if you have kids) but can be a bit noisy with the kids playing in the pool. Also, the attached restaurant has a flow over area into the courtyard which does create a bit more noise into the later evening hours. If you like the ambiance of the inner courtyard filled with tropical plants, you’ll love this place, but if you are looking for silence, you may be disappointed.

The room was comfortable and clean. Pool area was well kept. The restaurant and lounge staff were very good and the food was amazing, as well as 25% off breakfast if you stay in the hotel.

I found there was lots of noise from the hallways, and in the room next door I could hear lots of loud voices until after midnight the first night of my stay. Also, there were lots of children in the pool and hot tub area for the whole time it was open, so it was very noisy, lots of splashing, and not enjoyable or relaxing for quiet hot tub adult time. It would be nice if it was closed to children by 8 or 9 p.m. and open till 10 or 11 p.m. for adults only. It was also very pricy for a three-night stay ($1,013.40), especially considering breakfast wasn't included and parking was very difficult to find at times.

The dbl queen room is a great size. We were on the southwest (?) side of the bldg for this stay. We much preferred it to the other side. The beds are good & the bathroom is a nice size. The mini kitchen area is great. The staff are very friendly. 25% off our breakfast at Romeo's made a noticeable difference 👍.

The hallways, for both our stays at this hotel, we're not as clean as they could be. Lots of room service trays left in the hallway for longer than they should have been. The carpet could use a really good vacuuming & some spot cleaning.

The Coast is a good location. The staff were extremely friendly.

May Long weekend prices should not be $200 more each night, than any other weekend. Because it's "tournament weekend", all Kamloops hotels black out any discounts through corporate rate, CAA, Seniors discounts. Knowing that all rooms will be sold, at rhe highest price, the Kamloops hotels, not just the Coast are price gouging, which is actually, illegal. The rooms are rhe same as any other night, therefore, the prices should be offered at the same prices.$1100 or 3 nights, when any other 3 nights would be less than $600, is disappointing.

It was in a good location.

Well overall it’s decent, pretty high priced for what you get. Pillows are horrible, too hard. When checking out I asked for receipt and young girl at desk said she couldn’t provide it saying I needed to contact booking.com for it. So I kinda got the runaround for receipt. Called today and they did finally email it, girl today was very friendly and apologetic.

The facilities were great. Especially the pool. The 25% discount at Romeos for breakfast was a nice break as it meant that we could enjoy a more leisurely morning and breakfast after checking out. The food there was great with a view of the desert hills.

I was appalled by the quality of the sofa bed which was incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable. The management should have a rethink if they think this quality is up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Would have been a 9 if that were the case but it caused my dad to have back pain for the rest of our trip.

The staff were amazing! They accommodated an early check-in for our anniversary. Our dinner in the igloo was lovely and we were given a free dessert for our special day. The rooms could use some updating but it was clean and well- stocked.

The downside was that the hotel was full of hockey teams so we were unable to use the pool or hot tub as there were so many young people there. And it was too noisy to go out on the balcony. My husband said the coffee was very strong.

I was surprised at what I found inside the hotel. Swimming pool with hot tub and sauna surrounded with green garden. Nice touch. There is a restaurant as well, so you don't have to go back into nasty weather and wondering through town to find a place to eat. The room was specious with comfortable bad. Quiet on the third floor.

I didn't find anything, particularly that I didn't like in this hotel.

The room was very clean nicely presented. We always our stay at the Coast Hotel. The patio overlooking the pools and atrium is wonderful. Internet seems excellent. The Honeymoon Suite, or penthouse suite, is beautiful and the spa tub is amazing. Nice big shower in the large bathroom is a nice touch as well.

The heat control seems to be a bit finicky and the bed wasn’t super comfy. It could just be that we are used to memory foam for our bed. Why none of the hotels we stay at have upgraded to memory foam is beyond me but it should be the norm for comfort.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The housekeeping & all staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking.

Room service dishes left in the hallway overnight & thru to next day even tho housekeeping staff were visibly working & cleaning rooms. I'm not sure why that happened as the hallway was cleared of the dirty dishes for the next 2 days. It's not a good look when the dishes are left!
