The close proximity of our room to the pool. We loved the pool. Very warm and restful environment. The wood paneling helps absorb the noise and is pleasing to look out at. Also the flowered court rooms and patio and gardens were just lovely.

The pillows were terribly lumpy. Room 110. They were all the same. Maby time for some new ones??

The moment we arrived, the front desk staff welcomed us and the lobby was extremely clean and inviting. The room upon entering showed us the effort to upgrade the space and it was appreciated. We were able to easily get to our destinations in a timely fashion and using Enterprise street allowed us to avoid the much busier Harvey street. The restaurant/patio was a big feature as we had been out both days and welcomed not having to get into the car again to eat supper. The food was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience and we will pass this information on to other friends. Thanks for all you did to make our trip a fun time.

The parking lot was a bit intimidating at first and no direction led us to exit to Dilworth ealier than wanted. We did learn how to navigate the lot but perhaps a few signs would have helped. Really a minor point.

Front line staff was very helpful and accommodating! We had a very pleasant experience in checking in and checking out. Room was great with the 2 queen sized beds. The temperature of the room was to our liking as we were able to adjust the thermostat settings. The AC unit was quiet and had good airflow. Our room was at the first floor, and it was great that the other door of our room had immediate access to the parking lot. Overall, a great experience at this hotel! Thanks Ramada!

I wished that there was a microwave provided. The water flow in the bathtub faucet was strong but when we switched to the shower, the flow became very limited. We tried changing the settings of the shower but still low flow. The adjustment of hot and cold water was challenging as even a minor adjustment made it either too hot or too cold.

We love the location and value. It has a nice hot tub, which was actually quite hot, and the room was clean. The air conditioner was working very well. We stay here regularly and would recommend it to travellers, especially with children who want to swim, and be close to the mall,

We didn't like the noise in the hallways on the first night, due to other guests up late and fooling around. This was better the second night. The walls are a bit thin. The bed was a bit soft, and the hairdryer only goes on a high setting.

The room was large enough for a motorized wheelchair. We had to move things around, but that's a norm for us. The bed was comfortable and spacious. Smitty's was conveniently located within the building. I appreciate the automatic doors at the front entrance plus the exterior door to our room. It made loading up our gear easier. The shower chair is a must, which addressed safety in the washroom.

Many times able-bodied fail to realize that a slight ledge can be a safety hazard for people on wheelchairs. I actually fell afew times due to this oversight. Plus, heavy doors are hard to open without a companion, which I would like to open myself. The handicap room had a wedge in the doorway that I couldn't drive over, and the ramp from the parking lot was on a slight incline, which made me drive up leaning over to my right side. I had to rev up my small wheelchair to get up onto the sidewalk. This can be dangerous, especially if you can't stop on time before hitting a wall. I am speaking from experience, and hopefully, these oversights can be addressed.

Location of hotel is very convenient to malls, restaurants & the farms. The beds, floors, tables, sink & tub all appear clean. I just noticed a small stain on the side of one of my pillows so I didn't use it.

Receptionist should have told us what amenities we can use. Just a quick run through. Not just there to check-in the guests. We could have used the swimming pool if we have known there is one. She/He could have told us that there's Rotary Beach Park nearby.

When l had a nice option to leave a tip for housekeeping online, l did. But I was very upset that after l did this, it cost me an extra 5% charged by the hotel, and that fact was not disclosed in advance. I asked staff, and they had no idea what was going on at the time. They said they would call or email me back, but 5 days later, nothing. The financial cost is minor, but the way in which l found out and there complete lack of concern, knowledge about or follow through is disappointing.

Late night front desk guy was super lovely checking us in. Bed was comfortable, AC was good. Location is convenient

The curtains have a massive gap in between and dont close all the way, so the sun is streaming in by 5am. Front desk knows and said that is just the way all the rooms are..... The bathroom was cleanish. Not the best but not the worst. Hotel is dated but seems to be well maintained

Good clean room. Good staff. Comfortable beds. Even good pillows, ( I like a variety, sometimes hotels only have huge thick pillows., which are terrible for people who sleep on their stomachs. ) bit of a disappointment in the coffee machine in the room. It worked for two cups and then refused to make a third cup. Good thing there was coffee in the lobby! No breakfast, not even a bowl of fruit, or a muffin....that was sad.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location is great as it is across from the mall and convenient for grocery and restaurants, too.

The hot tub was not super hot and the pool was a bit too cold. There is no breakfast, but for the price I paid, it was a very good deal. I know the cost is much higher in the summer season, but this is excellent value in the winter/off season months.
