Harborview Motel… Our family had the pleasure of staying at the Harbourview Motel just on the edge of Tofino (less than a 5 minute walk to the downtown district) recently Tuesday, March 18th to Thuy, March 20th and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The customer service here is top-notch; every staff member from the front desk concierge to the hotel cleaning crew made our stay here very enjoyable. The accommodations were equally impressive. Our family suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped (mini-fridge, microwave, flatscreen TV, and free wifi)with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views from our room were looking towards the Tofino Harbour. All the famous Tofino beaches are only a 5 to 10 minute drive away. This motel is perfectly located to meet all the amazing adventures Tofino has to offer!!! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Whether you’re traveling with young children, teens, or just as a couple, this motel is perfect for any family. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway. The view was amazing. We arrived at night so we barely saw anything and was sad that it wasn't going to be a nice view. But when we woke up, the view was remarkable. I was speechless. We saw it all, the harbor view with the mountains and the waters. The fog made it look magical. We stayed in Room 203. The location was really close to everything we wanted to go to (by car of course)

We were unable to connect to our Netflix account. I was unable to get the TV to connect to Netflix/Prime Video. Thankfully, I had my laptop so I was able to watch my shows on it. Since in winter it gets dark around 4:30pm, there was nothing much for us to do but stay at our hotel and watch TV. So would have been nice to use their TV rather than my laptop especially if I didn't bring one. The plates and spoons were not cleaned, there were still crumbs of the previous people who stayed and ate from those plates.

Very clean, well equipped and well maintained motel, tastefully decorated and quiet. Beautiful view of Tofino Harbour, and balcony to enjoy it in good weather (even in less-good weather! It was lovely watching the changing weather moods sweeping through the mountains and over the marina) . Shops, restaurants a short drive away (or 10 - 15 minute walk) and amazing Pacific Rim beaches within easy drive.

The location was good, within easy walking distance of the centre of town and the harbour quays. The property itself is charming in style and has good views of the harbour. Our room was well equipped with a kettle, coffee maker and a microwave. The reception manager was very helpful with advice about boat operators, restaurants and local micro breweries.

The weather was very warm during our stay and while the room was equipped with a good fan it really needed air conditioning. It is not unreasonable to expect air conditioning given the room cost.

Perfect place. Really big apartment, one separate bedroom, one matrimonial bed in the living room (could be king size, but queen still good for us). Well equipped kitchenette, plenty local coffee for the machine. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, one public laundry 5 minutes away. Nice balcony for sitting outside with glass of anything... Even if I am a sunlover, we really enjoyed the stay in Tofino. Wonderful nature everywhere around. Can only recommend and if again in Tofino, Harborview is definitely our first choice!!!

The location is perfect. Short walk to restaurants and shops. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Lots of great restaurants in the area. The Shed is a two minute walk and the food and staff were great. The Shelter was another good restaurant right on the water. We walked to Tonquin beach, the trailhead for the. Each walk, it was an easy walk about 20 minutes to get there. The short drive, about 30 minutes, to Ucluelet had some good trails as well if you have time.

Nice little motel on the water near downtown Tofino. Room was clean and quiet. We forgot to pack our noise machine before departing. The hotel cleaning staff found it and reported it to the hotel manager who contacted us after we left to say that they were going to mail the item to our home. It was a very nice gesture and speaks to their efforts at customer satisfaction.

We didn’t realize it was a holiday weekend in Canada, so the room rate was high. This was a basic hotel, so the $300 per night was a bit steep but understandable due to the long holiday weekend

We enjoyed our stay at this gem of a motel. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Our room was a nice size and the view of the harbor was lovely. We appreciated having two chairs, and the nicely furnished kitchenette. Everything was very clean including the bathrooms. The sheets were super soft and comfortable.

It was all very nice - the only suggestion would be to have an outlet strip for charging various electronic devices.

Location was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette area was well stocked. My room had a great view of the harbour.

Noise did travel at times - I could hear my neighbours opening and shutting their doors and walking up/down the stairs. My main complaint was the smoke coming from the brush being burned at the property next door, which filled my room even with doors and windows closed.

The location of this motel is great, it is right in the town within walking distance of most attractions. The view from the rooms is great. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. I like that you can stay for just one night. Many other properties in the area have a minimum 2-night policy.

There is very little to complain about, The motel is pricey, but within the range of every other property in the area.
