The property was clean and lovely and quiet. The laundry facilities were a godsend but oddly were attached to the gym.

The property was some distance from the City Centre and the bus stop is right outside, unfortunately you have to travel through a large area of homeless fentanyl addicts which goes on for about a mile to get into the city. This is by no means a reflection of the hotel but unfortunate that it is now an accepted part of society and there is no avoiding it to get into the City itself.

Beds were very comfortable, good variety for breakfast and laundry available (at extra cost)

Some staff were not so obliging with facilities available to us, such as the shuttle bus, on arrival we were told that we could not use it to go into the city

The room was very clean and cozy. Having access to a secure underground parking lot was also a plus. Hotel staff were kind and welcoming and answered all our questions.

Another guest let their dog run free on the floor level we were on. When trying to get to our room down the hall from their suite, the dog growled at us in front of our door and didn’t leave until we backed away. We rushed into our room afterwards and closed the door. I blame the guests and not the hotel, but I’m concerned as to what their pet policies are in regards to allowing pets roam unleashed.

Breakfast good location excellent for music venue at pne forum

The outside balcony old and not maintained and the sliding door didn’t open easily and squeaked loudly in protest. On the main floor - Ceiling leaking a few spots - and could see plastic bins on the ground and obviously some sort of water damage problem

Very good location - the price of this hotel is reasonably lower than in the downtown, while it costs only 20 CAD to get to the center via Uber. There is a breakfast available - quite simple and typical "cheap American hotel style", but - it is. The check-in time is quite late (4pm), but we were allowed to check-in already at 2pm - so great! Also, the hotel allows guests to leave the luggages before or after the stay. Thank you! There is a good, low priced, Vietnamese restaurant opposite street open till 1am, so - go there. Also there are Starbucks and Tim Hortons in a walking distance. A short walk to the big park. Amusement part is being bulit there.

The A/C in the room is so noisy that it is impossible to sleep! We experienced that in both our rooms. There is no toilet brush in the bathroom. How should I clean the toilet then? If not me - why was it not cleaned by the service team? The cleaning lady left a wet dirty rag on the table. The check-out time is 11am, what I consider quite early as check-in is 4pm. Hotel cannot offer transport to the airport (even they do have a big van). After the first day we ignored further breakfasts and had them in other restaurants. If you ride from the hotel to the downtown you pass through the street (close to the Chinatown) where hundreds of homeless drug addicted people spend time. We were told they are not dangerous, but it looks really dramatic.

The beds were very comfortable especially for a hotel bed. The continental breakfast was way more than we expected as there was lots of choices for a hot or cold breakfast and the coffee was very good. They hotel was in the process of updating the key cards while we visited and the whole ordeal took less than 5 minutes, the new card system is much more user friendly. All the hotel staff we encountered were very friendly and super helpful. The only issue was possibly the hotel location but there are lots of bus options to take and I truly felt relaxed knowing my vehicle was parked safely in the parkade only accessible by employees or other hotel guests.

The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the level of noise from the street, it could be very loud at times. It was also a little disappointing seeing nothing in the atrium since it seemed like a beautiful space.

It was clean and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I messed up the reservation for my mom and her friend and accidentally booked them a room with one bed so I talked to the girl at the front desk (her name started with A) who checked me in and they were luckily able to get them a room with 2 beds for free which I was very greatful for as they were pretty much sold out. We’ve stayed here before and although it’s a little bit dated it’s still very clean and comfortable and staff are always great.

Little bit dated.

This was & still is a beautiful hotel. Main lobby & floor is stunning. Dated by the old hallways & balconies it is still a lovely place to stay. Rooms were spacious & clean. Right across the street from a few restaurants & a convenience store. The area has a lot of great shops near by & bus stops close at hand. Hotel offers shuttle service to Canada Place which is close to the Waterfront sky train station & seabus. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of options, hot & cold. Staff was very helpful & good natured. I really enjoy my stay at the Atrium.

The staff and manager are fantastic, we booked a 1 night stay here to catch up on sleep after 18 hours of flying. Our airline changed our flights dates on the day which meant we had to call up and see if we could bump our stay back a day. We weren't expecting much but we were hoping for the best. We spoke to some staff over the phone as well as the manager. The kindness and empathy they displayed was exceptional! We can't thank them enough!

I was trying to think of something constructive to write but I genuinely can't. We had a great stay, the beds were comfy, the rooms were clean. It was a great stay and if we ever need a hotel in Vancouver again it will definitely be atrium!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Parking was easy and secure. Location was good but a tad difficult to approach the hotel if you don’t know the streets and traffic.

I was given a comfortable room facing the very busy Hastings Street with a ton of traffic at all times including late night with police sirens. However, I’m an experienced traveler that packs ear plugs and preempted any disruptions of sleep. The bed frames are larger than the mattress, which you will, like I did, bang you foot or shin against the sharp corner, and it will hurt. The thermostat works great, keeps the room warm with out a lot of loud fan noise. However, while the fan blows, it blows strong and will dry out your eyes or sinuses.
