- it’s new and nice - felt very safe as a solo female traveller - Good gym/hot tub - Huge beautiful rooms w extremely comfy beds. I had such a good sleep here. - Good and affordable healthy food options in the restaurant and cafe. I got to try bannock. - AMAZING coffee in the room, restaurant and the iced coffee at the cafe is world class, could rival SE Asia/Australia. Was not expecting that. If I lived here I’d go there regularly just for coffee at the cafe. - really nice staff - good location

Excellent breakfast with an indigenous touch - so delicious! We had the fried bannock with rhubarb apple compote and maple syrup with fresh blueberries on top! And so well presented! The rooms and hotel environment were very clean and well-planned out, with beautiful indigenous murals in the hallways and the restaurant. So tastefully done!

I like the location because it is close to places I usually shop at.

There was a party next door to us. lots of yelling and swearing. We called the front desk a few times, no answer. My daughter used her cell phone but even with that, it took at least 20 minutes for a response.

Location is great , close to airport and Polo Park

My lap-top was locked by the wi-fi and I could not use it after my first day there , the staff tried to help , and others has wi-fi problems , but not as bad as mine , I hope you will track down the wi-fi problem and fix it.

Beautiful, modern hotel located next to shopping center. Large, spacious rooms. Staff friendly. Great gym, would stay again.

Clean... but not very clean. The hotel carpet looked stained and dingy in the hallway, leading to room. Stains on matress pad. Sink drain in bathroom broken. In the hotels defense, just went under sink and pushed up the sink plug so it would drain. Didn't tell them until I was leaving. I'm sure they would have fixed it.

Staff was extremely accommodating / cheerful /helpful. Witnessed extra attention to spot cleaning to keep New exceptionally clean hotel up to high standard. Every single employee we encountered greeted us with a smile, encouraged us to identify if we needed any assistance was all very welcoming

Parking lots are always a challenge in Winnipeg winters lot could have had more of the ice ridges and snow banks hauled away (petty, I know haha tried to think of something)

Location. Room was large / clean. Pool and water slide. . Ample parking.

No microwave in room. Minimal options for allergies (gluten free / nut) in resturant and cafe.

I didn’t have breakfast. I had supper the one night but the food didn’t taste good at all so I didn’t eat there during the rest of my stay.

Location and the beds were comfy and rooms a good size.

The parking lot is cramped and the set up is weird, hard to find the exits not very accessible. The flooring is nice but carpet would be better, would step in little crumbs and stones all over.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was spacious and the shower was excellent! In particular the shower controls were at the opposite end from there shower head, by the door. The desk clerk was excellent and personable.
