Stay was good and had a good experience

We were in 4th Floor and had to pick up bags and go up all the way to the 4th floor which made us tired and we had to do it 3 times as we have been in and out of hotel. But I understand it was not hotel fault as the elevators were out of service due to flooding in NS The ONLY THINGS we did not appreciate is We told the staff at the time of Check in we have booked Airbnb in Cape Breton and asked him to if we can check out on that specific day of our visit at Cape Breton and check in again when we are back to Halifax He said yea and when we wanted to check out they told its a 24 hour policy - THIS 24 HOUR POLICY THAT GUY COULD HAVE MENTIONED TO US WHEN WE CHECKED IN 1st TIME so we could have saved some money

The breakfast staff were AMAZING! They were so kind and helpful with my children. The food was hot and fresh and lots of items to choose from. Coffee was hot and strong. Kids had. Blast in the pool and on the slide. Huge improvement from our previous stay a few years ago.

There was no bacon and breakfast stopped at 10 (we missed breakfast as we were told breakfast was done at 10:30 which is still early should be done at 11

Location was great. Room was cleaned each day, towels replenished and the cleaning staff were amazing when encountered.

The breakfast was the same for each three days. Having a different style egg or a meat other then just sausage would’ve been a great change. The breakfast staff were amazing though.

it was nice location and well connected to highways. Also the location had EV charging station that helped me a lot, it should update in the booking that there is a EV charging station so customer will know in advance.

overall it was a nice experience. However, there could be better options for breakfast, specially for vegetarians. All three days during my stay, there was same breakfast options so I would say there should be some changes in the menu specially for hot breakfast. There was only one person from the staff who was taking care of breakfast so it seemed to be very overwhelming to take care of customers.

Room was very clean. The pool was super warm!

Breakfast room could have been bigger with a bit more variety. We still really enjoyed it.

Our Air condition is malfunctioning, they gad to fix it on our first day, tgen it happen again on the 2nd day but we did not botger to call again

The breakfast was really delicious and the breakfast area was clean and spacious. The pantry/canteen they offered for guests had lots of great snack and beverage options as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well. Fabulous pillows. Cable TV with good channel selection.

The pool area was quite old and needs an upgrade desperately. That said, it was very disappointing that the slide was not there, as the kids were excited. No bathtub made it harder with small children, as a bath is part of their bedtime routine, and the washrooms were pretty small when there are kids crammed in with Mom. And the glass doors made me nervous with little clumsy kids around.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was good. The location was good for us as it was close to a freeway which made it easy to get around.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like but was disappointed that we didn't get the room and location that we requested as I had booked this stay six months in advance. It all worked out but my husband has mobility and heart issues so it could have been quite difficult.

Staff were super friendly, breakfast was great! Awesome location. Beautiful room.

My card was charged $50 over the price I agreed to at booking, and the price that was listed on my invoice. I will be contacting the property for clarification on this.
