The Breakfast was great and the staff attending the breakfast was kind, courteous and very attentive. I want to give praise to them because they made sure we were served and met all of our needs.

We didn't have any problems other than a little miscommunication with the front desk where they did not provide us with a promotional code for the WIFI, and it was a little hard to understand the instructions over the phone but nothing that was not resolved. It would be just good if they can provide all the information that is needed before sending guests to their room.

Nice size rooms , very clean , most of the staff were very friendly and had lots of places near by to by food and eat

No microwave in room and a hot tub would have been a nice touch. But everything else was Excelent

The breakfast is much better 3 years ago. The attending lady lectured us running after us to tell us to put used utncel to trash bin. I think it more appropriate to put a written sign instead of running after customers to lecture them.

The breakfast area is prompt at shutting down at 10am However, the staff did go around and told everyone that they were shutting down in 5 min

Just about perfect. Room was lovely and bathroom a bonus. Staff were all very helpful and friendly!

Only 1 complaint. Awful coffee for breakfast. Disappointing. Tempted to cross the parking lot and buy a cup from Tim Horton’s!

Quality of breakfast could be be improved, but that is the case with all Hampton Inns. Elevator needs some maintenance, especially with the control panel (buttons).

Room was very nice, clean and well equipped. I enjoyed the variety of food available for breakfast. We were in a hurry to airport and grabbed stuff to go.

It snowed a lot and no covered parking therefore had to clean off vehicle.

Cleanliness, staff especially in breakfast area were so friendly. Beds were comfortable. Loved the door bells.

Windows did not open. Would prefer glasses instead of paper cups. Ok for coffee but a drink? Pool could have been warmer. Hot tub?

The pool is a nice addition, but it is a bit small and maybe too warm for my liking. For kids it is probably great.
