The room was clean and location was good, it was nice to chill by the water. No breakfast for our stay we had to get on the road to get home.

I stayed here for one night and while the room itself was fine, the pricing details left a lot to be desired. First, I wasn’t aware that parking would cost an additional $30 plus 13% tax, which felt excessive for such a short stay. The rate listed on Booking.com was $242, but we were charged $254 per night, and the breakdown of taxes was incredibly confusing—there was a 5% MAT, $1.65 in MAT HST, another 13% tax on parking, and a 13% HST on the room itself. Altogether, this added up to $31.27 in taxes, which felt disproportionate for less than 24 hours. I understand taxes and fees are common, but the lack of transparency and the unexpected charges definitely affected our overall experience. Just a heads-up to future guests to double-check all fees before booking.

Lovely location by the lake, quiet, nice view, can people and boat watch. Balcony, comfy bed, good linen and modern bathroom. The breakfast was good, served by the friendly lady who's been there 34 years (speaks for itself!) Charming Layla does a good job in the restaurant. The food is nice and we had spare ribs on barbecue night.

The balcony might be scary for some as there are a lot of spider's webs. Insects are drawn by the light on the balcony, and the spiders catch an easy meal. Regular vacuuming would be useful.

Location was great - right on the harbor. Could walk to numerous shops and restaurants. Our room had lots of space and it was bright and clean. We had booked a room with a balcony which was private and overlooked the harbor. It was lovely and so much going on to watch. There was parking available right at the hotel. They provided all the essential items that you might require. There were boat tours and lots of activities to do in the area.

We had no problems here. However, I was not feeling well and we sadly decided it was best to leave early and get home.

It is a nice hotel with a great location in the centre of the city and by the water. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful with a lot of variety and very tasty. We appreciated the check-out time of 12:00 noon, and their willingness to let us stay until 1:00 pm.

The four o'clock check-in time was a bit late. Everybody had to wait until that time and then there was a long line up.

The friendly staff, both at reception and in the bar/dining area. We got great recommendations from them regarding where to eat and what to see. The friend I was was with is actually planning to return with her spouse and a group of their friends. We were very impressed. It was also nice to have so many plugs and USB outlets in the room❤️

We liked everything. It was perfect. We really enjoyed the harbour view and the price for the view was quite reasonable.

The hotel is in ideally a central location and on the back side of the hotel with a lake view down the path there are K Tours buses(Hop On and Hop Off Buses) and same with K Tours Ferry for the evening if you are taking. The location is just a 4-5 minutes walk to Beaver Trail, Mio Gelato Ice Cream etc.

The hotel breakfast didn't meet my expectations, there were not as many choices as it was advertised in booking.com The breakfast was cheaper at the hotel ($22/person+ taxes) compared to what we paid through booking.com ($25/person+ taxes).

It had a great view of the lake and water front area. The location was excellent. It was near a lot of great restaurants and pubs. Very touristy which was what I’ve wanted

It would have been nice if the price of the room was a little lower and we had two cars so were charged for an extra vehicle. Also breakfast was not included however we found a great breakfast restaurant a block away from the hotel

We didn't have the breakfast due to dietary restrictions, but the extraordinary location and views, particularly on the south facing side, immediate access to all dowtown attractions, restaurants and the university, the new, beautifully modern, carefully maintained and cleaned, spacious rooms and balconies, all far exceeded our expectations, especially considering the Waterfront Holiday charged considerably less than the other downtown hotels I had looked at. We were actually kind of shocked. We were just sorry we couldn't stay another night!

There was nothing I didn't like. I expected to be up all night with noise throughout the hotel from the many guests who were there for the Vanier Cup football game. Instead, there was absolute silence in our hotel room, and I ended up having one of the best sleeps I've had in a long time.

Location was close to hospital, restaurants and attractions right on the water. Very dog friendly. Staff was amazing. Lex and Johnson made sure that special requests were handled effectively and with a smile. All staff were friendly and greeted the guests warmly.

Parking was confusing with the in and out gates. Staff again were very helpful with issue

The location was epic, close to the wharf of our boat trip arranged and just one road away from the downtown main street. The room was clean and had a nice view to the lake, comfortable linen. Staff were helpful and we enjoyed the stay here.

The USB/ socket port next to the working table was not functioning, I had to use my laptop on my thigh next to another socket. The room is slightly dark and the air conditioning was a bit noisy.
