The location was ideal as we were doing the K-Town triathlon race the following morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Yes, the building is old, but the upgrades and "look" was very nice. The bonus for us, was a mid-size fridge/freezer. This was a nice perk for us to prep all our sports drinks and have room for ice. Having a table and chairs in the room was also welcomed for our breakfast. The back porch was a nice surprise too and front yard was inviting for sitting under a tree. Unfortunately, we did not have time to partake. We will return again if we are doing the race next year. While we book motels often, usually for race purposes, this motel exceeded our expectation.

While, we were told we could get ice at the front desk, there is no ice vending machine. We opted to bring our own ice in, as we were getting up super early.

The Lord Nelson hotel was just what we needed for a night on our trip. Right off the highway. The room was a good size with a great King bed. A well appointed room with a small fridge, good size TV, good water pressure, clean sheets, towels, toiletries, etc. The "exceptional" part was that the hotel mailed me (via Canada Post) a unique power cable that I left there. This added service was wonderful and the person on the phone was so understanding and fast about sending.

The air conditioner was quite loud and the price was high for a room we were in for less than 10 hours, but I would stop there again if I was passing by and needed a break from the road.

An excellent room in a small motel run by a couple, who worked so hard to offer a service well above the price band. The room was large with tasteful decor, a decent fridge/freezer, microwave and flat screen TV with cable. Room service was excellent and the room was spotless

Slightly larger towels would have been appreciated and the shower control was difficult to operate.

Clean rooms, right off the highway and close to A&W, Dominos, a breakfast place and other restaurants on Innovation Dr. A short drive away from everything to see in Kingston. Bed was comfortable and clean and the room was spacious. For what you are paying it's very good.

AC unit is loud and blows air directly towards bed. Placed chair in front to divert airflow and was much better. Shower pull tab is not very good.

The staff were exceptional and very accommodating for our trip. Everyone was very friendly and personable. Everything was very clean and inviting, with many new elements (including bed linens, carpet annd bathroom sink) and the mattress was reasonably comfortable.

Honestly, nothing. Somethings looked a little tired, but you can tell that they are busy fixing things up and updating the decor. They’ve even made the outdoor space very inviting!

So much... This is a 'old style' motel {or motor-court} where you drive up to your door and park there. It has been maintained perfectly with modern goods, The king bed is awesome, the room is amazingly quiet and EVERYTHING is so clean. We had a microwave, coffee maker (w/ supplies), a good sized fridge, satellite TV and enough towels & bathroom supplies to withstand a good sized flood. The room was very comfortably warm (cold weather) and quiet (beside Hwy 401}. Next door is a 24 hr. variety store, gas station and A&W.

For Us... Nothing.

The room was very clean. Loved the special touches, that made you feel special. They had chocolates, and there was ice in the freezer, the toilet paper was folded in a V. Towels were extremely soft, the bed was very comfortable. The place was very quiet. Outside there was table and chairs in the shade, very welcoming! Plus they allow pets.

I can’t think of anything that could have been better. Everything was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable.

Everything went very well. Clean, comfortable beds, fridge with freezer, microwave. The water flow in the shower was lovely... Great coffee for each morning.

I wish I had booked directly with the motel. Somehow “Booking .com” overcharged me by approx 80.$. No fault of Motel manager. I will try to retrieve the money. Bonus question, “I requested to have parking at no additional” No I didn’t !

For my needs, the location was perfect. Near hwy 401 for quick access across Kingston, on Rt 15 within a mile of good places to eat as well as 10 minutes from downtown, and next to a A&W/gas station for quick needs. Room was very clean and the AC unit didn’t wake me up like at many motels/hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Greeted by a cool cat as well.

Bed was very firm, which I like, but you may want to bring a topper if you don’t.

The room was very big, the bedding was clean, their was toiletries and towels provided daily. Their was a coffee maker with coffee and tea pods daily. Milk was olso provided. The tv had loads of chanels to watch various chanels on. It had a balcony which had a small table and chair to sit out round the back. It was near a shopping mall and about 15 minutes drive into Kingstone which was very nice. It olso had a chair just out side of each room. Parking was free and their was plenty of parking space.

The shower was a bit hard to control water level.
