The convenience to terminal three for our very early flight the next morning. It was very clean and spacious and very welcoming.

Everything was absolutely lovely, aside from the noise in the hallway in the evenings. When we had to get up very early in the morning, we found the noise almost unbearable between the bedrooms and kids running up and down the hallway. We also did not get our breakfast meal package, although the staff did let us pick from the food Area. There was only one breakfast package left. I also paid for the room and found that we were getting charged for the meal regardless of being in that little room that we paid for. So I was a little confused by how much that cost compared to the last time we were there.

Everything was fantastic, most comfortable hotel bed we've ever stayed in. Blackout curtains actually cut out all light. Shower had a foot bar for those needing a leg shave. Soap smelled amazing. Staff were stupendous.

The price was not something we would normally ever pay. We had a connecting flight and didn't want to take a chance on cabs or shuttle service so we paid it. As it was, our flight was delayed 4 hours coming in so we didn't fully get to utilize our room before the flight. Not the hotel's fault about the flight but adds to feeling like the price is exceptionally high.

Missed an evening connection and the next available flight wasn't until the following evening. This airport hotel was connected to our departure hall, so couldn't have been more convenient. We were able to extend our departure until 8pm for a reasonable charge, and make use of the Sheraton Lounge for breakfast, beverages and snacks. The room was very comfortable and although a missed connection is unpleasant, this hotel stay made for a relaxing pause until we could get underway again!

Our room wasn't facing the runway and we actually would have enjoyed watching the flights. The sound-proofing was really good - we weren't aware of any airplane noise but the ice machine was next to our room and it was a little noisy.

The location is in T3, small train can go other terminals, no lates will happen if worry about missing the airplanes.It is very clean, food are so delicious with reasonable price, excellent experience.

Probably the parking. I sent 3 emails to ask whether it is free, but there is no answer, and I have to drive around it 2 times to find out how to park. Fortunately, finally, I know that it is T3's parking lot. the maximum daily charge is about $38.

I liked the location of the hotel. I arrived from Europe in the evening and was leaving for SFO in the early morning. The staff at the reception was very helpful and polite. The name of the receptionist was Rosario. I was very happy with her services. The room was excellent and so was the bar/restaurant.

I liked just about everything. It would be difficult to find something that I did not like. Could you start breakfast at 5am? At least you could serve early breakfast in the room. That would be an improvement because some airplanes are scheduled to fly early and control at the airport, in particular going the the US, takes long.

We stayed at the Sheraton hotel due to flying in from Europe and then stayed over and had early flight to catch the next day. The hotel is the closest to Terminal 3 (which we flew into and out of the next day) - super convenient location for the terminal, truly an airport hotel (not a shuttle bus situation) The room was spacious and had all the amenities to provide a lovely stay. Check in and check out was pleasant and we also enjoyed a meal and drink in the restaurant which was yummy. Overall I would definitely stay again if I was flying to/from Toronto airport

There was a coffee machine in the room which was great but we were only given 2 regular coffee pods and 1 decaff, with 1 cream per person. I asked at reception for more pods which were happily provided, however cream took a while to arrive from the housekeeping staff. However it's understandable that people should ask for this if they want more and there was no issues with us asking for more, so not really an issue overall

Couldn't fault the staff. Thay were friendly, polite and very accommodating. Facilities including club lounge was excellent and the service exceptional.

If I was being picky, the maids didn't speak English so at times it was difficult to communicate what we needed. The daily service offered was appreciated however, sometimes things would be removed I.e teatowels taken for washing but these were sometimes not replaced. Toilet rolls also needed to be requested on a couple of occasions.

The location of this hotel is superb. We often stay at another hotel nearby, but I will stay here every time going forward. The hotel is modern, new, and has incredible amenities from the rooms, to the common areas including the bar, restaurants, lounge areas, etc. It's ultra modern, fresh, clean and is a great place for the modern traveller.

Honestly, nothing. For a one night stop over in Toronto while waiting for a connecting flight, this place is incredible and I would highly recommend staying here. There really is no downside to this hotel in my opinion.

We often stay here if we have an early morning flight so we are not driving in possible weather. or in the early hours. The room was clean and we book club level for the perks. The rooms have been updated and no longer have carpet which is great for allergy sufferers. The club lounge always a nice selection of hot and cold appetizers at night and good choices for breakfast. It can be hard to get a seat at times but you can get a tray and go back to your room. The pool area is nice as is the hot tub. The staff are very accommodating as I have freezer packs that need to be stored until the next morning.

No complaints at all unless you count the price, but for us, it is worth it.

Right at terminal 3 for an early morning flight. We had a concierge baggage pickup and they were right on time. Staff friendly and helpful

Check in was poor and took a long time to get booked in. They were pleasant enough but took 3/4 of an hour standing in line. There should be automated checking which can gather facial ID and rooms could have keypad entry. Check in area has a long queue. There should be hotel luggage carts at the parking lot entrance instead of having to transfer bags from the ones from the airport to the hotel carts.
