The staff was very nice. Nicely remodeled and up to date. Even let me grab an extra blanket. We had a great stay. The 'weekly rates' sign kind of scared us when we first got there, but it was well worth the price. Nice continental breakfast, too!

The internet tv kept freezing, but that was expected with a full hotel all on one wifi signal. The signal could have been stronger. But didn't disturb the stay.

Easy to find and close in proximity to plenty of food and gas options! Room had plenty of space for the two of us and was very clean. Front desk is active to help 24/7, and they were incredibly welcoming, making check in and check out both super easy! Love how early they offer complimentary breakfast! So accommodating for those who have early mornings on check-out in order to catch a flight.

The property is definitely dated and could use some updating/refurbishing. However, our room exceeded our initial expectations.

Breakfast was fine. Staff was always ready to refill as needed. Area was quiet.

Handicapper room. Suggestion... Have a sower chair.. with removable back. Upgrade the transfer bench. Have either a pole or railing available for bed. Have less furniture in there... Providing more space for wheelchairs to maneuver. We learn as we go. Thanks

Was very quite. The room was clean. The water pressure/temperature was wonderful. Staff were wonderful and friendly. I like that everything was so close, so much to explore and the drive time was not bad at all to get to the places we wanted to see.

The plug ins need replaced nothing wanted to stay plugged in. The mini fridge was leaking. The windows and screens needed fixed.

Very easy access, lots of places to eat, close to the soo locks. The water was good and hot for showers or baths.

The side security doors would not close and they kept the front doors propped open. They don’t clean your room while there unless you have an extended stay( we were there for two nights). There were 4 people in our room so we went through the towels and soap quickly. The staff was however very accommodating when I asked for more towels but dirty ones remained on the floor. The bathroom is very small also. But the price was good so it made up for it.

Marie, the evening check in girl was fabulous with managing things, providing recommendations, and taking care of things. The room was clean, spacious, and met our needs!

Nothing, maybe that there was no elevator. Our towels fell into the toilet overnight. The shower curtain was VERY short and barely went to the bathtub, making our bathroom experiences interesting!

What a wonderful staff. We stayed at multiple venues and you staff made us feel very special!

Not having a handicap room with two beds. We have found most venues have one bed available in handicap rooms. This make no sense, most people who are both handicap need to sleep alone.

Staff were inviting and friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was acceptable for a continental breakfast.

The bed was not real comfortable No towels in room upon arrival but when requested the staff was prompt to respond. Shuttle service to the casino had to be requested from the casino and was a 45 minute wait.

breakfast was Ok but I am vegan so my expectations are low. Unlike many hotel, though, they did have oranges and Granny Smith apples instead of the usual Red Delicious only. Coffee was good.

Nothing at this price point other than more choices at breakfast for vegans

All of the staff were so kind and went above and beyond. I requested a room on the ground floor and they were able to accommodate! Will definitely be returning!

I loved the breakfast, but it would be cool to have a hot breakfast :) but for the price, it was terrific
