All in all I was very satisfied with our stay. The rooms are very big, housekeeping is attentive and efficient. I don't know how they did it, but they always managed to quickly clean and organize the room without disturbing us once while we were present. The staff was quite friendly. It is a good location, relatively close to tons of restaurants, coffee places etcetera. The place and immediate area felt very safe.

We paid for breakfast in advance, but in reality just got vouchers for a coffee and a single pastry at a coffee shop nearby. While it worked, it was somewhat poor. Other than that I cannot say a bad thing about this place. It beat my expectations, especially compared to the evaluations I had read before my arrival.

Very affordable hotel with spacious suites. Friendly staff. Great location close to metro station, the Village and plenty of cafés and restaurants. Fully-equipped and modern kitchen with fridge, sink, oven and dishwasher. Temperature in the suite was fine despite heatwave outside. Plenty of closet space. Ideal for families or groups traveling on a budget.

The AC was old and loud, and it even leaked during our first night (they came and fixed it the following day). The bathroom was functional but the shower head had very low pressure and the bathtub was slightly rusty. Parking was pricy but as advertised ($40/day). To be fair, these were overall minor concerns which were largely offset by the affordable rates and the great location.

The friendly and helpful staff and the good location were definitely the best during our 9-day stay. The apartment was spacious for the two of us and was well equipped for all our needs. The laundry room was a great help so we didn't have to pack much. The breakfast at a local cafe just around the corner was exceptional! They provided balanced and healthy options that came with a great variety to feed any hungry stomachs in the morning.

Some facilities were not working in our room. We didn't send any request for repair because we didn't have much use of them (bedside lamp). Still, it'd be nice if there is nothing broken. The lack of gym facilities was slightly inconvenient.

Location was excellent - 5 minute walk from Bloor Yonge station, Line 1 and 2 of the subway, which meant everything was easily accessible. The apartments were amazing inside and very spacious Cable TV only, so no Netflix etc.

Shower was lukewarm water generally. Breakfast was average and mainly carbs

This is an apartment complex that's been turned into a hotel, so the rooms are huge. We got one of the newly renovated ones, so it was nice. Location and staff are great. Seems like a safe neighborhood too!

Bed was not comfortable at all.

We got a large suite consisting of one bedroom and a living room with a well-equipped kitchinette. The apartment offered everything we might need during a one-week stay. Location was superb and the view from the window - really nice.

I agree with other opinions; it's a pity that the balcony is locked. Breakfast is as minimal as you might only imagine; some muffins, fruits, joghurt, and that's it. However, the coffee is great and available all day long. The room decor is really outdated, but this is a zero problem, as we came to visit the city, not to stare at the walls. It would be great to have electic sockets by the bed to charge (and use) a smartphone in the evening :)) The bed is rather hard.

I was pretty apprehensive about my stay here after seeing some reviews comment that it doesn't match the pictures and that it is dirty etc. I did consider changing the booking but I am very glad I didn't. Yes, the pictures shown are probably when the suites were first decorated and don't perfectly align with reality. However, the suits are sizeable, have lots of amenities within to cook with oven/microwave/kettle/fridge/freezer. Lots of space for storage, relax and breakfast bar etc.

The rooms could do with a bit of a deep clean and a fresh lick of paint etc. The balcony was locked and it would have been nice to go onto it.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The check-in was smooth. The cleaning was good. The launderette/buanderie was gift. A suggestion would be to provide a facility to acquire/purchase powder in the laundromat.

Although we got our heads round it, the free breakfast was in fact a filter coffee and plain croissant from a neighbouring café. A bit of a stretch and not communicated in advance. Bit of scrimping and saving on 'freebies' e.g. soap, coffee, biscuits/cookies, bottled water. These should all be more abundant and don't cost that much. The coffee lounge downstairs was nice but again, a few cookies and some fruit would be nice.

The suite matched the videos and photos. The bed was comfortable, as was the sitting area. The shower had ok water pressure and had both an overhead rainfall option and a spray head that could be adjusted in height or handheld. I like that the floor wasn't carpeted and the room was clean. There were restaurants, bus stops, and subway stop nearby and it was a relatively short walk to the ROM or the university. The kitchen had a toaster, microwave, fridge, oven and basic utensils and cooking implements. There was a concierge available at the front desk.

The kitchen didn't have even salt or a small amount of oil (things you might want a bit of, but not enough quantity to buy at a store). It would be nice if small amounts were available at the front desk. The entrance to the parking garage is steep and it's cramped.

I liked that it was near Bloor Yonge station and that there was a lot of kitchen/dining/living space and overall how helpful and kind the staff were. especially housekeeping. I liked the laundry room too. I also appreciated how an extra bed was delivered free of charge

well to answer the question; although it is not the hotel’s fault; I disliked the amount of drug users/homeless shelters/same people asking for money &/shouting, every time you step out, it didn’t seem too safe. also it’s a pity that the hotel/property clearly once offered; gym, pool, restaurant & lately breakfast but has stopped all of those. it gives the hotel/property a semi-abandoned feeling. also the storage just seemed a bit confused *so much* kitchen storage space but only one drawer in the bedroom? then another wardrobe in the living area? and the wasted small room near the door? It’s trickier to use the wardrobe with fixed hangers so drawer space would be very welcome
