The staff were helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our car battery, and it wouldn't start. The manager came over and gave us a boost with his car. The car still wouldn't start, so we called CAA. We very much appreciate that he tried to help us. We also enjoyed the close walk to downtown Charlottetown and the complimentary breakfast that came with our stay.
The beds weren't very comfortable, and the walls were very thin. We could hear the people above us walking around and the person beside us snoring. It was hard to sleep.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Good natural light. Parking was well organized and a comfortable distance.
The breakfast could be improved with a few changes. A small plate of fresh tomatoes/peppers/cucumbers. Some dark bread/bread bun variety rather than numerous muffins and sweet bread. The two egg choices (the only ones we took for the three mornings), omelette and scrambled, were always cooked a bit too much, even when I asked for the scrambled eggs a bit creamier. (It was not a hectic breakfast time, people arrived steadily and waited.) The breakfast area is very pleasant. The waiter could mention that a stronger "Keurig" coffee was available by going into the farthest room.

The location was perfect for a relaxing stay. My partner and I came out for the weekend from Toronto. Far enough from the city center for it to be incredibly quiet, but close enough to walk wherever we needed to go within 20 minutes. The room was bright and clean. There were some dishes/glasses for simple meals or leftovers. The air conditioner worked well and kept us comfortable. The shower had good water pressure, and there was a good selection of toiletries. There were some nice common spaces to utilize and an ice machine on-site for people to use! The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was more than just bagels and muffins - they had complimentary hot options such as Eggs Benedict or Waffles with berries! I would 100% book here for a 2nd time if we ended up in PEI again. Lovely little place. Please note, it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The charm of the house is an older Victorian style...which means stairs. Personally, I loved it, but might not be for everyone.

We stayed for 3 nights so had 3 breakfasts. My husband loved his too, especially the egg Benedict. I loved everything especially the waffle with real whip cream and I loved the serving size - just right. The service was professional and breakfast was a nice place to meet others staying in the Inn on Holiday from various places. Parking was great. Even though we walked almost everywhere. There were a lot of little comforts. Books on loan and a lovely cool balcony close by.
It was a special holiday with friendly staff from the get go. I would come again. Carrie Skinner

The location was close to restaurants and the waterfront businesses but located on a quieter side street. The area felt very safe. The hot breakfast was very nice. The staff were very pleasant. the room was clean and the shower/toilet worked well. There was sufficient parking on site.
Unfortunately, there was a problem with the Wi-Fi one evening until the next morning. That being said, it may not have been the property's issue but a broader issue with the Wi-Fi provider. Overall nothing negative to note.

Great size room with kitchenette. Comfy beds and very clean Breakfast was good, hot food ordered from a menu. Great continental choice otherwise.
We're told by one staff member to sit where we liked for breakfast, so we sat on a table set for three so so as not to take the table set for six. We then got asked to move to the table for 6 by a different member of staff for no reason we could see? Made us feel a bit stupid!

The location is excellent within easy walking distance to the harbour front. Breakfast was very good, one of the best hotel breakfasts we had on our trip. The hotel itself is very pretty.
Upon arrival we were informed that we needed to pay extra as one of our kids was old enough to be considered an adult (at 13?) despite our booking clearly stating that is was fully paid including children (with the accurate kids ages specified). The rooms were very small and showing a bit of wear and tear.

Loved the food served for breakfast and the facilities in the room. The location was amazing! Just a quick walk to the waterfront and great restaurants.
We were three people which is the max allowed in the room I was in. The sofa bed set out for me was not too comfortable. However, my parents were comfortable on the regular king bed in the room. Also, the blanket on the sofa bed had a few spots on it. I didn't ask for a replacement since I didn't use it. Otherwise, everything was great.

I really enjoyed how peaceful the atmosphere was. It was very quiet, almosr serene. And to have breakfast options was awesome!! Warm and fresh food beats a buffet every time! The room was a bit smaller than I was expecting but perfectly functional for my needs. On a future stay I would make more use of the sun room. And the bed linens were better than expected, so soft!!
I did find the mattress to be quite hard. I was expecting it to feel as luxurious as the linens, but was a bit disappointed.

I really loved this Boutique Hotel. The checking in was very efficient. The staff were fantastic! Beds comfortable and a 5 minute walk to the downtown area. Breakfast was included and you had choices like omelette, scrambled, oatmeal or Waffles. We really enjoyed the food and such a cozy hotel. There is nothing I can say negatively about our experience at The Harbour House!
Everything was great!
