The room was wonderful - spacious, clean, fully equipped (wifi, smart tv, toiletries). Great view and beautifully finished. The house itself is lovely, with a large communal kitchen and minutes from both the beach and downtown Charlottetown. The owner was friendly and accommodating. It honestly saddens me that some people would actually leave a poor review because English isn't her first language. We found her very respectful and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The location in Stratford was ideal for exploring Charlottetown and many parts of the island. Very good price for the room, probably because it's not in Charlottetown.

Our host was very friendly. Unfortunately, English is not her first language so it was a challenge at times to gather more information about the island and driving directions.

It was spacious, clean, and quiet. The hosts were very nice.

The room was a bit hot and stuffy. We had a fan, but we also had to keep a dehumidifier running because we were in a room in the basement and it smelled a bit musty. There was only one small window to the outside for fresh air.

Breakfast arrangements were on/off/on/off apparently due to COVID, but we were told to find what we could for ourselves in the kitchen amidst a number of other people who were all trying to do the same thing which was far worse than having an organised service from a COVID point of view. After the first two days we made arrangements to eat elsewhere. The website stated that breakfast was included, but after we booked we found out it was not! This should have been updated. Anna was lovely, but she could hardly speak a word of English which made communication very difficult.

The location of this property was close to Tea Hill Park, walking trails , a short drive to groceries and also to Charlottetown. We were welcomed to use the kitchen and all of the appliances. It was very clean and comfortable and Anna the host was attentive to our needs.

The location is very close to Tea Hill beach that is good for clam digging. The room is spacious and clean. The owner is friendly.

The bathroom is small but functional. The sound proofing isn’t great. Can hear people upstairs walking around and TV sound. Fortunately the person who stayed upstairs is relatively quiet.

Coffee was supplied, kitchen was available for guests to prepare their own meals, large clean well equipped kitchen, guest room was exceptional in every way, large bathroom with heart shaped tub, walk in shower, large windows with beautiful water views, large walk in closet..

Very friendly hostess, helpful with information about the area. Very clean accommodations, beautiful garden.

The only thing I can say about my room, no hangers in the room which wasn't a problem for me as I only stayed one night.

We had a great service! I was travelling with my son for a soccer tournament and we need it to wash the uniform, I asked and the owner of the house did it for us! My son was very happy!!! The location is excellent and it has a great beach a few minutes away from the house, great experience!!

We have suite, 2 beds and connected washroom in second floor. It is private. We can open windows and get fresh air in this covid period. it is very good.

The mattress is not supporting the body at all. my son and my husband complain the bed very much.
