Breakfast was great. It was available from 6:30 to 9:30. The location was excellent in terms of being close to Water Street.

The TV in our room kept freezing. Would work for maybe 10 minutes and then freeze. We didn't complain because we were busy doing other things. I'm sure it would have been fixed if we asked.

Staff were great - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good but getting it was chaos!! All of the food was in one corner of the room and people were jammed in and waiting to get food - there must be a better layout!!!

Breakfast was very good. How ever breakfast was in a board room in the basement. It would have been nice to have the breakfast above ground. In a much better, brighter environment.

The ocean, in ocean view room was far, far, away in the distance.

I like the location, the rate we got was through booking.com for one night, but when we asked for a second night, they gave us the same rate again

The water taps in the shower were backwards and the hot and cold water while in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. Was hard to control an even temperature

Appreciate the economy of scrabbled egg … but world over … batched eggs never great Hot wee sausages and good coffee … fine !!!

Hard to pick a point … Well for 15 - 20 mins at midnight staff from adjacent restaurant talking like it was midday … A quiet word with them … pls … for other guests

One issue we found was the Internet service was sporadic. While watching television the show would freeze. Was very frustrating after a long day of sightseeing and you just wanted a little downtime to unwind.

Liked the express check in and out. Breakfast was delicious!

There was space in the room that could have had an armchair instead of just a basic office (task) chair

The room was huge and clean but could use a little more Cosy features like an arm chair and a table. There was certainly room for some extra comforts.

Comfortable bed, courteous staff, excellent coffee walking distance to town and ice cream

Faucet rattled when started showering, bathrm walls had cracks but that didn't bother our stay
