It's been a few years since we last stayed but this would be our 4th stay I believe. It was nice to see the updated breakfast space with a lot more seating. Staff were friendly and front entrance is still lovely to walk into. We agreed to be placed near the elevators to maintain our King bed booking (they offered two queen beds elsewhere if we preferred). There was a loud group of ladies sitting in the second floor seating area until very late at night (past midnight) and progressively getting louder. We were moments away from calling front desk but heard staff intervene. I appreciated their awareness of the situation and rectifying it without my specific request. I appreciate that the toiletries are just large bottles instead of the mini versions.

A few areas in the room could have used a little more cleaning, such as the headboard (where you could see fingerprints). Towel quality could be improved (there was a small hole in one of ours as they were clearly getting thin from constant use). There is lots of parking but it is always a bit unfortunate if you come late in the day and have a far walk to the front as there is only one entrance/exit.

Large room, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast is good, bagels, muffins, toast, croissant, waffles, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, juice, tea/coffee, egg, bacon etc. Great location, if you are traveling by car. Great parking with lots of space. You can walk 600m (on the street behind the highway) to a smaller "mall" with a gas station and some smaller restaurants serving pizza, sushi, crepes, chineese, ice cream etc.

It would have been great with somewhere quiet to sit and work, a couple of desks in a space somewhere without music. With a connecting door to the person staying next to me, I could not have confidential teams meetings in the room due to noise. It should be a requirement that hotels recycle the waste, plastic, paper etc and do not put it all in the same bin. Breakfast was served on paper/plastic, all put in the same bins by the guests.

Beautiful hotel interior and rooms. The cleanliness of the bedrooms, towels, sheets was faultless. Very comfortable beds ! Loved the luggage trolley. Breakfast was good and quite varied. The staff at breakfast and the room attendants were absolutely excellent! They did an extremely good job. Same goes for the helpful receptionists. Well done ! I highly recommend Hotel Brossard.

Hotel is quite far from the centre of Montreal. Takes quite a while to get into town if you take public transport. I personally like to have a kettle in my room, their wasn't one. Breakfast would have been better if their had been a possibility of hot chocolate, including at night time in the beverage room, and in bedroom...... It was a bit dim in the room, would have liked a central light on the ceiling. Didn't like the look of the floor mop when it was used to clean the floor at the reception, and entrance. Please use a cleaner system than that mop ! We are in 2025 ! The rest was perfect.

This is outside of town opposite the river but we it was just nice for us. Parking was free! It was great as parking around Canada is very expensive. The car park is large with plenty of lots. The hotel itself looks old and the decor is also more like vintage style. Yet all modern amenities are there. There were only 3 floors of rooms but there are 2 lifts. The bed especially was super comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. Everything was clean. The shower was strong and hot. There was a fridge and coffee maker. Breakfast had variety and was good.

Nothing much. The doors to the shower was quite tight but that was a small issue.

It is a chateau converted to a hotel. As such, while it has distinctive luxurious characters, some facilities are dated. At this budget price, only a few things to nitpick on. The wash basin drain is slow. The phone charging station is broken. Otherwise, everything is great. Breakfast room is not that big, but very comfortable with great variety of hot breakfast items. Staff is courteous and professional. Parking a plenty. Many rooms are facing a bridge with partial view of Montreal (well if it’s a Hilton or Marriott, it would have been described as full view of Montreal 😂）

We stayed in a junior Suite iy was great value for money. The room has a nice kitchenette . Very spacious and clean. The free parking is definitely a plus !

Breakfast was terribly crowded and the space arrangement was not well done. There were people walking in and some walking out and some standing in line waiting for coffee blocking traffic in a very small space . They have basics but food does not taste fresh . Free breakfast , some other customers wasting food so I could understand they can’t put too many nice things for free.

Clean, the staff was kind and helpful, nice place to stay room was great beds wonderfully comfortable in general was a good 2-3 star place, is a family oriented place, good price-place balance.

The dining room was not at the height of the place, staff was very rude and zero kind, the breakfast was really awful less than standard, egg was a sort of pudding as liquid box eggs look and taste like a custard more than a scramble eggs, no bacon, machine juice, machine coffee (water) on top all mostly cold in carton plates with wood camping utensils, totally a disappointment, old industrial pastry bad quality, bread cheaper bread possible…in general the worst of the stay…no alternatives access to food in kms limited deliveries. Black Point for the place.

If you do not want to stay in downtown , this location is perfect, only 12 min from main attractions. Free parking. Simple breakfast. Hotel is right by a highway so it may be noisy, but we got a good nigt of sleep. Room was large, beds comfortable.

Shower needs a bit of cleaning, otherwise rooms were clean. Staff was not welcoming, I would say cold, I was not greeted even once walking by a front desk. Some would say it is not a nig deal, I say I wiuld like front desk people to be friendly

The bed was a comfortable, spacious room, the hotel had a great perfume smell, staff was helpful. Liked the fact that they do offer continental breakfast for this price.

Location was not great, it's close to a major freeway/intersection. At first I was charged more than the booking confirmation so the front office staff had to fix this issue, also they gave us the wrong room which they switched later. In general rooms and bathrooms need a facelift/update, seem a bit old
