Amazing room! One of the best I've stayed in. A real kitchen, huge bathroom (with jet tub!!), a separate sleeping area, giant TV and comfortable sofa, wow! Also, the best check-in and check-out. Very fast, friendly and efficient. When I arrived, I just showed my credit card, my driver's licence, and I got my key. When I left, I just had to hand in the key. No questions asked, no long conversations. All hotels should work like that.

I'm only mentioning this as a personal preference, because the bathroom was flawless. I wish there had been a way to increase the water pressure in the shower. Similar to the one in gyms, so the soap washes off super well. But if I go back there and the water pressure is increased, I might not want to leave, so maybe it's better to keep the pressure as is.

Great location! It's right near Carrefour Laval and Centropolis. Parking was a breeze, and the staff was kind and helpful. The bed was comfy, and I was extra grateful for pillows that weren't giant fluff balls! I'm a flat pillow kind of person, and hotels always get me.

The hotel is very tired. Everything about it screams time for a massive renovation and an upgrade. All the drains in the washroom were 95% clogged, the fan was really loud, and shower pressure and soundproofing nonexistent. (I do hope that the baby next door is feeling better; toothaches are the worst, poor thing). It's sadly lacking in amenities and little things that make life comfortable. I travel a lot and have to admit I was surprised to find that some hotels still charge for water ($6, no less!).

Appreciate having private floors for non-group patrons. All staff very friendly. Our room was very clean. What we used of the facilities was nice, in house restaurant was actually fairly priced and good quality. Appreciate the availability of bathrooms in the lobby. The physical location of the hotel is a bit awkward, but is within walking distance of no shortage of places to eat and shop. Laval/Montreal transit made getting around super easy, without having to deal with the headache of driving in heavy traffic or finding parking.

I wouldn't say the beds were "uncomfortable" however not quite the comfort I like, too soft to the point you feel like you're sinking. AC worked, but was a bit loud and the thermostat seemed inconsistent. I did see a review or two prior to our visit about folks having cars broken into, luckily we had no issues, but there was definitely signs of broken glass in the parking lot from prior incidents. Perhaps there is a reason I'm ignorant of but can someone please inform the hotel industry that we have the technology so doors don't slam closed. I must have been woken up half a dozen times by that.

The staff were friendly. Breakfast wasn’t bad. Parking spots were easily available. Accessibility to the shopping mall. And great restaurants

If privacy card isn’t placed on the door. Please note that the room needs to be cleaned. Or at least attempt to. We had someone come clean day 1 and she rushed it like she needed to get out of our hair as soon as possible. The remaining 2 days stay saw no cleaning. I thought it wasn’t great. Wouldn’t make me not rebook but I’d love to see that change.

It was very clean and the bed was VERY comfy! I was in town for surgery and the clinic was only a 5 minute drive away. The staff was amazing, very accommodating. They brought in a shower chair for me after surgery, and the shower had plenty of room for it. They were very kind after surgery, asking after me and if I needed anything.

The price was a bit high, but I wanted the pool and hot tub, so I made the right choice.

Grounds, condition of building and rooms were excellent. Staff were courteous. However, I'm not sure why we were on different floors.

The noise in the hallway Friday night was unacceptable. Almost the whole floor was occupied by a wedding party. We were awoken times between 11pm and 2:30am. I feel that we should not have been put on that floor.

The staff at the hotel are amazing, friendly and helpful, especially Eline at the front desk and Maxime at Le Quartz. This is my second time staying at the hotel and I love how clean it is. I will reserve my stay at this hotel again in 2023.

The food at the hotel is excellent, I just wish there was a rotating menu. I usually stay at the hotel for about 4 nights, I would like a little bit of a difference in the options. The pillows are very soft, but not a deal breaker and I was able to sleep comfortably.

This hotel is located in a good place, check-in was difficult because the system was down and they could not assist me and then they asked me for my credit card to charge me a deposit on my stay and I had already paid for my stay online and I paid online to avoid leaving my credit card details at the hotel, then what I requested to be in my room had not yet been installed, it was frustrating because days in advance I had requested that it be already installed when I did the check in. The hotel was clean but not to the degree of satisfaction, I really don't know what happened, since I would only be there for a few days I let it go to avoid more frustrations, I recommend this hotel for its location.

The bathroom and under the beds were not very clean.

The hotel and the staff are very nice. The Rooms are clean and we'll maintain so is the pool. TV system works very well. All together, great value for money.

They took an extra $75 per room per night for our family as a deposit which we think was to much. They didn't tell us about it when they did, an issue that created an unnecessary tension until it was explained. The room came with a small kitchen but without any cookware. What's the point? Should we bring our own pots and pans? There were towels missing at the pool most of the time, and the elevator controls do not work properly. Again, the experience was very good. These are all minor things.

We had lounge access and it was amazing

Parking lots was a bit of a challenge to get out of as the road is front seems to be busy and backed up all the time.
