Front desk staff were so helpful and courteous. Elevator to/from a heated garage, steam room, hot tub with a view all were very much appreciated on a snowy January day. Spotlessly clean, which is a feat with everyone tracking in slush on their boots. Comfortable beds.

One tiny thing. I do understand the switch to bigger pump bottles in the shower to cut down on waste, but I missed a little bottle of lotion in the room. The steam room and cold air outside dried out my skin a bit and I forgot to pack my own. Most of the time I wouldn't have used one anyway, but it would have been nice if it was there. Otherwise perfect!

All the staff I encountered were lovely, so helpful and knowledgeable. I had a fabulous room with an entrance area, super king size bed and floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides. I ate dinner at the hotel - great service and good food.

The pool changing rooms aren't right next to the pool. You have go down the corridor in your wet swimmers. The lifts on that floor aren't well signposted. The service lifts are the first you come to when you're leaving the pool floor and the customer lifts aren't easy to find.

Everything was good. Room was clean. Staff were welcoming. My requests were accommodated. It was easy to check in and to check out. The location of the hotel is good.

Some TV shows did not have closed captioning. I don't know if that related to the show itself or the choice of TV packages--probably the former. Also they have a placard saying you can get a wake up call, but when I tried, they said they no longer do wake up calls; so they should remove the notice. Because most (including myself) have cellphones, it wasn't an issue; however, it might be for some older people. In my case, I just like it as backup since missing the train or flight could be highly problematic.

It is conveniently located in the city with access to restaurants, shops and public transit - about 10 minutes walk from the VIA rail train station. The room was spacious, had a street view and accessible. The staff were very helpful in accommodating my request for a more pleasant experience aka due to some allergies. Overall, it was a fabulous short stay with all the bells and whistles.

It's not so much what I didn't like and more about what I wished I had. I did wish I had access to an electric kettle to make myself some tea.

The staff were all helpful and the cafe on the ground floor filled water bottles for free. The rooms were absurdly affordable and large for a place so centrally located. The hotel also feels quite luxurious. Overall a great stay in Montréal.

Most everything was good, but there were a few issues. Parking is very expensive at $30+ Canadian Dollars. I also believe I was charged for things like water bottles and Keurig cartridges left in the room, but that’s more on me for not confirming they were free. Even on high floors, ground level noises could still be annoying.

Everything worked. The place is very clean and in a great location. I think it is a converted office building. The rooms are big the bed great and the shower ok (maybe too much water saving technology)

Nickel Dime behaviors such as charging over $ca3 for the use of a spoon to eat some yoghurt in my room. I stayed there for 7 nights spending thousands of $ca

The room was really nice and spacious and clean and everything worked :) Beautiful room with a beautiful view

The pillows didn't smell clean, and the bed was hard but i like a soft bed so, can't please everyone. I would have liked to have the restaurant available for later dining (to 11) and available at lunch and into the afternoon - because the food there and the service was amazing!

Pretty well everything, staff top notch, from front desk to kitchen. Excellent location for public transport, shopping, historic sites. Room spotless, super bed, and very big. Getting a tub much appreciated after long, cold walks! Very good in-room amenities. Illy takeout very convenient and good food as well.

Minor - decor could use refresh. For its category gave it a 9 as I didn't check out everything. Next time!

The service at the reception desk was exceptional. It was prompt and friendly. When I inquired about extended parking, they explained that parking was available until 5 p.m. on day of departure. Even having checked-out and handing n my key card, I could still access parking. This saved me trying to find and pay for another parking spot while dining and visiting in the area.

Although it was easy to find the rear parking entrance to the hotel, there was very limited short-term parking. I had to park on a side street while I registered. Then I had to drive around two blocks on one way streets, taking a wrong turn once, in order to re-enter the rear parking entrance and get into the underground parking. Since the rear entrance was busy with traffic coming and going and other drivers also trying to figure out where to find short-term parking, it caused my introduction to the hotel to be very stressful.
