Room was clean and comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped. There were supplies for coffee and tea and in-room safe. Enjoyed being able to prepare breakfast every morning before heading out.

The entrance to the property was easy to miss and looked a bit sketchy with the graffiti on the adjacent doorway. Also the private bedroom didn't have any drawers for clothes just closet hanging space which we found strange, had to leave everything in the suitcase. The area, while conveniently close to lots of amenities and restaurants looked seedy with graffiti, abandoned lots and homeless people. I guess that's why accommodation in this area was more affordable.

Property is very well maintained with all the facilities that includes microwave, fridge and even cooking utensils if you would like to cook. Moreover, the owner of the property was very welcoming and ensured that we didn't have any trouble. He is just a call away anytime around the clock to address any queries you might have. Would love to stay again next time when we are back in Montreal.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were accommodating and kind. Additionally, the bathrooms were well stocked and the room was clean. The kitchen had everything you needed.

The windows are not air tight, so be prepared to hear the cars on the road and sounds outside. The beds are very firm, so be prepared for that.

Love the suite. Very cozy and a great spot to either make your own meal or have a friend come by for a relaxing chat.

I gave it top marks for location because it is close to downtown. Easy to drive in about out or around the city. Right beside a grocery store - key! However, the neighbourhood might be seen by some as less desirable. Don’t be turned off by it.

I recently stayed at this delightful boutique hotel that surpassed my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Each room was equipped with a kitchen, which was a convenient and budget-friendly feature. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The internet was pretty fast as well. The only drawback was the presence of stairs at the entrance, but the staff were always available to assist. Overall, I highly recommend this charming hotel for its welcoming atmosphere and well-equipped rooms.

The location was central, safe and overall great. I have seen a few reviews complaining about the homeless people on the same street. I think that is just racist and reeks of privilege. If you can’t stand the sight of underprivileged, homeless fellow human beings, then just stay at home and don’t travel.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms had all you needed and the bed was very comfortable.

This really is a very nice hotel and I can only recommend it but if I had to pick something than I would say that the windows were very thin and because my room was facing the road, I woke up from the noise a couple of times. Though, I wake up really easily so I am no measure here.

Nothing. For the location and price this was an amazing accommodation. There were stairs but the staff insisted on helping with luggage so lack of elevator was no problem!

The location. Previous comments talked about homeless people. They are not aggressive. Homeless are in every city and town. They have always been there. We never paid attention until covid. Montreal is an amazing city w excitement around every corner. This hotel was perfectly walkable and close to arts plaza w free musuc and design festivals! Clean clean clean.

They called me the day before the arrival asking what time I’d like to check in, and did everything they could to have the room ready on time! The hotel was very clean, staff very nice and you can tell the owner really cares about his guests.
