Like every other Ibis Hotel, this one is safe and with good comfort. The breakfast is also totally correct for the price. I think it's globally a good deal. As every Ibis hotel are very standardized, you always know what you get in advance... except in this case for the waiting time at the reception.

The check-in process should definitively been rewieved. For some unexplainable reasons, it took more than10 minutes per person and there were 5 people in queue when I did mine. So you can do the math by yourself. Just be aware of that and plan some extra time in advance for it.

Very clean hotel, rooms were always cleaned and decorated for the carnival, friendly staff, great and central location. Restaurant was well set up and good service.

Breakfast included was misleading, indicated that breakfast was included. But for a couple only one breakfast was included. We had to pay for the other person. This may be a problem with booking.com and not with the hotel. On our booking it clearly indicated 2 people were staying, but they said it did not show on their system for the breakfast, only one, it’s not expensive but it was misleading. No shampoo, rinse or lotion in the bathroom. Bring or buy your own.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the AC.

The check in experience. I was delayed half an hour to an hour because I didn’t have my passport on me and no where did it say I needed a passport to check in. Also, there were extra charges that was not disclosed when I booked the room. The receptionist wasn’t the friendliest, and it was 12 at night so I was tired and made the delay that much more unpleasant. I wouldn’t have minded as much if the girl was a little nicer.

Everyone on the entire staff are top tier!! They are genuine, kind, attentive, professional, and very accommodating. Not only did they take care of me but I watched them take care of every single guest that they interacted with. It felt like family. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The facility is very clean. The location is close to pretty much everything. Taxis are waiting for you outside. 10 out of 10!

The service, food and drinks were fantastic. Far exceeded our expectations. The location was central to everything we needed and just a short taxi ride away. We were always able to get a taxi right out the door. The staff was very helpful and put up with our terrible Spanish or lack there of.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. The floors were a bit dusty when we checked in but nothing terrible.

Location was good and also the neighborhood was really secure. I came for the Barranquilla Carnaval and it was just 5 minutes walking distance to the street of the activity.

There were no refrigerator in the rooms in such a hot weather and a hot city.

The hotel was located centrally and the breakfast was really good!

the lobby, bar and restaurant were all located on the same level in a very tight space. There was a festival in town and there was very loud music at the lobby level the whole time : no way to escape! The room was also really small.

It's small but very nice location. No pool but easy access, taxis waiting outside. Very nice drivers. One of them speak English but each of them very friendly and tried to help all the time. The Hotel staff super nice!

Each room has it’s own temperature control. The cleanliness is amazing. And the breakfast buffet is packed with local cuisine.

I would have liked a bit more space. The room is great for solo travelers but is your with someone else, it can feel small.

Nice staff. Comfortable and clean room. Key location if you're coming for medical services and need a place to stay. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores around.

Heavy car traffic during the day due to all the medical businesses around.
