Great location ,and staff very attentive , Bed is very comfortable , hot shower and room service great too

What we liked most about this place was that they accepted us after we had booked other place where they refused us saying they were full, so when we booked Hotel B3 Virrey and showed up ten minutes later, they had our room ready and were very glad to assist and reassure that we had a place to stay. The gentlemen who helped us with parking our car were very kind. The lady who checked us in was so cute, professional and helpful. The staff at the bar were also welcoming and hospitable. The location was a perfect spot since we wanted to see and experience Zona T and walk back after partying. The room was not huge but warm and comfy, just large enough. It had everything one may need. We truly enjoyed our stay here and once again we want to thank the team for looking after us. PS As we had to leave very early for our flight, they prepared a mini breakfast box for us. So sweet.

The cleanliness, the staff’s respectful service attitude, the breakfast was really good and the food was always fresh (specially fruits), the room was beautiful and safe.

I didn’t like being charged with an unnoticed laundry fee at the end of my stay, I had never been charged for having my hotel provided towels washed. They said they were stained (with my makeup I believe), which I understand, what I didn’t like was being notified just 2mins before my leave. I had to pay $15USD for it. I just wish they told me earlier not when I was running to the airport.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Definitely I would recommend it, the breakfast was amazing, specially the empanadas ufff. They have coffee all day also at night which is great because sometimes there the weather is super cold. The restaurant is beautiful and has a variety of options, last night I ordered a ceviche de chicharrón it was delicious and a glass of wine was fantastic. The gym is small but enough for a complete workout. The standard room in the photos looks small but is perfect for a single person, enough space. The place is quiet and comfortable.

They should put bottle of water in the room.

Location, breakfast options, attention of hotel staff. The hotel is located in a nice area. Breakfast was great and included a great variety of hot food options, fresh fruits, cheeses, coffee. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with all of our needs: transportation reservations to take us to our meetings, picking colleagues up from the airport, etc.

The bathroom probably needs to be redone. The room was a bit loud for me and street noise woke me up. Not much really, I would definitely go back and stay there again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had a modern design that I loved. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, providing excellent customer service. The location was perfect, close to key attractions but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste.

Just more bilingual workers

Very friendly and kind staff. Nice restaurant and good buffet breakfast. Small gym available for use. There was no noise from the street but can be noisy if other guests make noise in the rooms - the walls are solid but the doors are not sound proof and noise travels through them.

The hotel is close to two nice parks and good cafes and restaurants. However, it is a significant distance from the old town (at least half an hour Uber ride). However Uber is very accessible and cheap.

Staff were super nice . Room was small and clean. Bed was a little stiff , but the shower is super hot if you like it that way .Your able to open a small part of the window to get some air. View wasn’t bad .They do have small ventilator for the rooms at request. Breakfast was pretty decent . Omelet and waffles at request . The restaurant also has love entertainment and also charming. There is a small gym on the second floor .I’ve stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels that didn’t have breakfast and amenities as this hotel. It was a reasonably good price and I would definitely stay again

Bathroom and sink area extremely small.

The place is awesome, tidy, and has a great staff. The restaurant is really good. The included breakfast is good in the beginning of the week, but as the week progresses, the food is a little off, I guess whatever is left of the buffet gets offered the next day. Otherwise, good experience, right in front of road 80 carrera 15, which is awesome on weekends the road is closed off to traffic and you can rent a bike and explore deep into the city with lots of other bikers.

My complain is always the same every time I stay here… Please fix or change the shower heads!!! All the shower heads are clogged with calcium deposits, and only some of the holes still flow water at a ridiculous high pressure, and it literally feels like a pressure washer stream on your skin. It freakin’ hurts to get a shower at this hotel…

The location is perfect. The buffet had a lot of variety (healthy foods) and the traditional Colombian breakfast; I really loved the buffet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff is very kind and will help you above and beyond. I will be coming back to this hotel for sure!
