The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly—they made us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Their warm and welcoming attitude made all the difference. There’s no doubt they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.”

The only issues we encountered during our stay was the quality of the bath towels—they felt a bit coarse and seemed worn. Additionally, the toilet paper could definitely be of better quality. These were minor details, but worth noting given the overall rating of the property.

Overall the hotel was good. Breakfast was good and well varied. Location was also really good. BUT.....

A couple of things to be aware of: We purchased breakfast included for 4 guests and when we arrived we were told our son was not included in that so we had to pay a separate fee. We were charged a 19% Insurance fee, which was not something charged at any other hotel and we stayed at and is conveniently the same % as the hotel tax that foreigners should not be charged. We challenged the hotel on this and they were very dismissive. We would recommend avoiding this hotel and their unsavory ways and fees. Infact, given their handling of our challenge to the 19% insurance, we will never stay at an Estelar property again.

Great location by Parque de la 93 which is very safe and lots of restaurants. The Junior Suite was very large with a nice bedroom and living/dining room with 2nd TV The breakfast was probably the best I’ve had in Colombia, with a huge variety of foods and drinks and staff on hand for everything. The welcome and check out did stand out to us. The concierge who looked after us the most during our stay, Nadar, was extreamly welcoming and warm. He had amazing positive energy and really was there to provide for anything we ever wanted. The gym was decent and although it was very small, it was functional and has 2 TV’s so I could watch sport while running which was fun. The pool is a little small too, but also functional, similar for the Sauna, although I wasn’t able to get the sauna hot enough to use. We really enjoyed the room service which we used twice and despite one time making a mistake they corrected with excellent service. Generally, the service from the front desk and staff was excellent, everything was done promptly. Although most the tourism stuff is around La Candelaria, it’s a short 20-30 minute Uber away. I walked around the area everyday, to the supermarket and to play Padel Tennis at the clubs nearby and felt perfectly safe.

Sauna was unusable (too cold) and both gym and pool are very small (but functional). Although the restuarant was decent, I do recommend the Mexican next door to the hotel too, the food was exquisite and I was shocked how great value for money it was.

It is always a pleasure to stay here at the Hotel Estelar Parque de la 93. Very clean, modern, and very-well located in a safe area. A lot of restaurants at walking distance. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Jhon helped us really well. We had to leave for the airport at 4:30 in the morning. He made a reservation to have Van (4 adults with large luggages) pick us up on time. He also made sure we get breakfast boxes to-go so we don't miss out on the breakfast that was included with our booking, again at 4:30 in the morning!! He even offered to give us a call to make sure we woke up for our flight. What a service! It was our second time here and won't be our last. The hotel Estelar Parque de la 93 is highly recommended. Easily a 10 out of 10 stay in Bogotá.

The rooms aren't really isolated when it comes to noise. You can here people talk and sometimes walk in the hallway. Also the sink is outside the bathroom. Not necessarily a bad thing, but if your partner is a light sleeper like mine, they will easily wake up when you're washing your hands. Other than that, everything is very nice.

This hotels was clean and modern and in a lovely safe neighborhood, right a rosy from the French embassy. It is surrounded by great restaurants and cool cafes and a short walk from cool shops. The reception staff was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English which was a pleasant bonus. The breakfast buffets was large and very well done with amazing fresh fruit and juices. The rooms were a good size and very clean and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It's about half an hour by taxi from the historic downtown so if you are a tourist it might not be the best location to stay in, but it worked for me.

Me and my family (w/2 young children) stayed for a few nights. We were all very impressed by the hotel. Excellent breakfast with a huge variety, lots of traditional Colombian food and healthy continental options. Children particularly enjoyed the freshly made mini waffles. The hotel itself is nice, comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious, quiet, have great showers, lovely views and very comfortable beds. The rooftop terrace and pool (always heated) were fantastic for us and the children. The location is also very convenient, right by the lively 93 park and walking distance from the shopping/restaurant area of Andino & T. The staff were so incredibly attentive and helpful. They welcomed us (at our extra early 4am arrival) with a delicious hot chocolate, biscuits and croissants. They kindly helped with my toddler’s meals and bottles every time I asked. Promptly organised for safe transport to any place, any time we needed. We felt safe, relaxed and pampered. Which isn’t easy travelling with children, we are most grateful! Special mention to bellboy Alejandro who was always so very kind and helpful! Thank you.

BEST breakfast I had in Colombia during my 2 week stay at several 5 star hotels. Room was very big, and service was highly efficient. We got welcome cocktails as part of our room package, and a nice little muffin which was a nice detail. Staff very polite and perfectly nice but a little stiff and somehow lacking the warmth and friendliness that Colombians are famous for.

This is more suitable for people on business or older couples/ families. It was a little too formal for our taste, we prefer a more trendy or arty vibe that you would find in the zona T. Similarly, the location (parque 93) is really lovely, safe and secure (it is possibly the most "posh" area of Bogota), but again, we much preferred zona T for its buzz and younger/ less officey vibe. This is just a personal preference, nothing negative about the hotel itself. The view from our King room really wasn't great though and the elevators are in desperate need of a revamp (they look like factory elevators).

The location was very good and safe. And the breakfast was just amazing. We also liked the pool (even though they did not provide slippers), the gym and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable.

The staff did not speak English properly. Hence, it was very difficult to communicate and every now and then we felt unwelcome because of it. The staff at the reception was laughing in our face or seemed annoyed when we had a question and they could not understand us. You would not expect such a behavior in a higher class hotel.

Everything was AWESOME! We stayed for 11 days and we felt almost at home. The management should be very proud of their staff. Starting with Andres at the bar, very friendly and proactive, Johnier, Laura, at the restaurant always giving their best at service, Jhon and Yizbeth at reception, there are names that I can’t remember but all of the staff during our stay made it unforgettable!! We had few things here and there with housekeeping, everything was solved in a good time matter! Our view to the mountains breathtaking!! Location, excellent! Gracias y nos volveremos a ver!!
