Overall everything was perfect. The staffs were helpful.

We were three people but the housekeeping was leaving only two towels per day. After our request, they started to give three. There are beach towels available for the hotel guests but we were not aware until we heard about a tour representative located in the same street. There are chairs and umbrellas allocated to the hotel guests but we were told by a security guy in our last day. Hotel reception may improve these points and advise the guests upon check in.

The location is perfect, directly across the street from the beach and a $4USD taxi ride into the city. Our room was a junior suite and was luxuriously large with two bathrooms and a beautiful balcony from which we captured the sunset every night. I loved that breakfast was included. They always had the typical staples out plus a bit of variety too. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I also really liked the area around the hotel. There are a couple of pharmacies, shops and ice cream stores nearby that you can walk to, plus a few restaurants, etc.

There was construction directly in front of the hotel, but that is not the fault of the hotel. There is an unfinished building right next door which isn't the prettiest either, but again, not the fault of the hotel.

We had a nice size room with a balcony that looks out over the ocean as well as the city. It was very enjoyable to sit out there. The swimming pool has plenty of umbrellas. The massage in the spa was wonderful. There’s a restaurant at the hotel, but there are also many restaurants a short walk away.

I’d thought this would be a pleasant beach vacation, but that beach was a nightmare. We had people shouting at us to rent their chairs and umbrellas, to buy food or drink from them, to get a massage on the beach. I know the hotel has no control over that. I just want to point out that if you’re looking for a nice beach trip, keep looking. However, the pool was a good alternative.

Breakfast was the best. Great omelets. So many different food choices and all cooked well. Always a place to sit in a corner large 3rd-floor room with views overlooking the beach. Our rooms were ample in size and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was good sized for a little swimming and a bar for drinks and something to eat. Lastly, all the staff was always ready to make things great.

The only thing I didn't like was that across Calle 8 was for many years this huge corner skeleton of a building under unfinished construction. This was no fault of the Capilla, but it was there. The first room offered us stared right into it. Luckily the staff was able to change my room.

Room well designed and proportioned. The facilities were great and the view from the balcony was fantastic. As for the Breakfast I thought it was well prepared with a great selection.

One member of your staff (restaurant), needs additional training when interacting with customers with complaints. However on that particular occassion his colleagues mitigated his shortfall.

Nice Hotel in Bocagrande. Good breakfast. Clean and nice rooms.

Breakfast room very busy. I was there few years ago and the breakfast was in nice open aerea in the restaurant San Martin. Now it is in a room at the second floor. Coffee machine in the room but you have to pay for the coffee! No self service for the breakfast for hot food. Lines to be served. Self service should be restored.

Arriving in the country was a complete disaster. We spent 2.5 hours waiting in the immigration line. What a mess the airport is. For a city of this size and the amount of tourist activity, it is surprising there is not an airport to accommodate the business. We will not consider returning to Cartagena until a new airport is built.

Close to the beach. Also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. A few kilometres from the old town but easy to reach by taxi. Room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the sea. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The concierge helped us a lot with our onward travel.

The staff went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, the room was huge with a good shower and the facilities available were really good. We enjoyed an amazing, relaxing couples massage and would highly recommend

In a few areas it appeared that decorating had started and not been finished

- There is only one issue at this moment. The access to the beach is not comfortable at all. There are some work running from the city government, and the beach is accessible just for one side, small space and it is not the hotel beach. - For this reason , we did not visit the beach , we did not see comfortable to visit it.
