It was already our second time here and we loved it again. We liked the very comfortable beds, everything super clean, good location, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was super super helpful, they helped us with absolutely everything.

The hotel and the room itself were very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was also good, prepared on request and we had the option to choose what we wanted. The room had anything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The aircon was working well without any unusual noises.

The only thing that we had problem with was that we didn't have any wifi signal in half of the room. The staff offered us to switch rooms with better wifi signal but we declined. In all fairness, I think that they can simply fix this issue by buying the most basic wifi signal extender and plugging it in that room. This way not only that room will get good internet connection but also the rooms around it.

I stayed here every time I came to Santa Marta. Comfortable beds, good showers, large rooms and lots of channels on the TV. The included breakfast was top class as well. Such great value for the price. Staff so helpful as well. I had a couple issues with my room and the staff were quick to sort everything out for me. Also good location, close to the supermarkets, restaurants down the road and a park gym with basketball/football court and chess just outside.

Cannot fault the place for the value.

This place is gorgeous, room was very spacious and comfortable, aircon was a big plus. Staff are super nice and the rooftop and decor of the whole place is great

Only thing was there should be a running bar on the rooftop as it’s so nice and we wanted to have a drink and hang there but there was just nothing. Or at least sell beers at reception to take up. Not an issue though just a suggestion - maybe it’s just because it’s low season!

The place is located about ten minutes from the main area. It's clean and comfortable and offers great value. Air con worked well and the rooms are quiet. The staff organized early transport for me and made me a sandwich to go which was really appreciated on the flight.

The bright white lights should be replaced with warm lights to help with sleeping. This is a notorious problem in Colombia. Blinds should be offered above the sink window to prevent light at 6am.

This was one of the best hotels we've ever seen. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they really want to give you a fantastic stay. They not only succeeded in that, they go literally beyond expectations! Our rooms were really big and super clean, airconditioning worked perfectly and the breakfast was a very good experience with different options. Thank you so much for this great experience in Santa Marta!

-Both receptionist ladies who we met during our stay were extremely friendly, nice and accomodating, despite our language barriers. Thank you again for everything! -Very tasty breakfast! The ladies in the kitchen were also very nice. -We loved the interior of the hotel! -The room was spacious. -Centrally located and still calm at night, which was important for us after a long day of excursion. -We could get our laundry done, by dropping it in the evening and picking it up fresh and dry in the following morning, and was not expensive. -We were surprised how little the 1 night costed and how super our stay was. A few days before we stayed at Adaz a few blocks away, which we didn't like and costed more money.

The rooms are basic but large and clean, and the beds comfortable. The staff were really nice and let me leave my luggage for a few days before my stay, and a few days after as I used it as a base for Tayrona and the lost city trek.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like, nothing was wrong. The rooftop and hot tub aren’t anything special, but it wasn’t a reason for my stay so it didn’t bother me.

Very nice, clean triple room located within walking distance from centre and from the beach. Despite being away from the center, there was a lot of noise, people chatting loud and very loud music from a couple of bars nearby. Breakfast was good and fair for the price, though I wish a bit more food.

The room was quite noisy during the week and weekend.

Amazing hotel, unexpected free a la carte breakfast, jacuzzi on top (although it wasn't really warm), lovely staff, no complains.

The area around was quite sketchy at night, even the short walk to the city centre (although that counts for everywhere we went in Santa Marta at night, please be careful around in that town).
