Beautiful maintained hotel and gardens. Beautiful pool. Good breakfast. The staff were very gracious and friendly! They have limited number of rooms that accommodate small pets! The beach is massive and you can walk for miles.

The standard room beds were both, very uncomfortable. There was no support and the Springs were piercing through one mattress and the pillows were flat as pancakes. It was such a disappointment because the room and hotel otherwise is very nice and well maintained. I would try again, when passing through. Maybe the beds will be refreshed.

The proximity to the ocean. Few steps from the restaurant and you are on a pretty beach with few people . The sound and sight of the ocean waves during their breakfast buffet to the ocean sounds at night with drinks on their patio was incredible . Great to walk on the beach during low tide which was the case for the first day of our stay. It was swimmable too however the hotel had restrictions on that.

Restrictions on swimming especially during the low tide/low current days. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was so it would be convenient to take a dip in the ocean but I understand the liability issues. However, hotels just a few minutes away didn't seem to have those restrictions as their residents were seen to be enjoying the ocean waters during low tide.

Lovely atmosphere with a spacious room. Nice pool facility with the bar being close. Food was pretty good and tasty, staff were lovely and it felt very safe and contained. Car charger wasn’t working but were given an alternative

Upgraded to the full board and the drinks felt watered down, the meals were limited - same breakfast and menu for lunch and dinner. Only notified some of the facilities were closed after booking - such as the second pool being closed which meant at the pool it was difficult to secure a bed

The whole property is beautiful! Rooms are big, mine included a mini-fridge and a balcony with a couple of chairs. Pool is big, property is beach front, staff is super friendly, includes breakfast. I felt safe at this hotel while traveling by myself.

The noise from trucks passing by is too loud, even at night, but I understand that's not the hotel's fault. I'm still making the comment for people who are more sensitive to noise (or traveling with a baby) to consider it. The chairs in the balcony of my room were very smelly.

Beautiful beachfront resort with 2 nice swimming pools. Hotel room and shower was clean and beds were comfortable. It was around 15 minutes to Jaco. Uber is affordable and easy. The staffs were super nice Fabian, Hope, and the manager helped booking excursion for us. They were always attending with smiles and knowledge. Hotel owner came to our table to asking how we were doing and offered under house drinks as well. Thanks for all your helped 😊.

I had the most wonderful time at my stay, the staff is very well trained, everyone is friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are amazing. If you're looking for a safe and amazing stay at the beach, close to San José, this is your place. It's my second time, and everything just gets better. Thank you!

We were just passing through for one night, and loved our stay & the location right on the ocean! Great drinks and lounge chair to watch the sunset, & lovely restaurant with ocean view. Enjoyed our comfortable room and balcony & saw macaws flying past in the morning. We would definitely come back.

From the front desk, to the guards, to the restaurant, to the grounds maintanace staff everyone was helpful and friendly!

Being on a no-swim area of the beach was a surprise, but the beautiful detting offset that initial disappointment. Also, the no smoking policy is extreme.

Located right on the beach. Beautiful patio/lawn dining with view of the waves. Also no need to drive and the parking lot is secure. Nice swimming pool.

Their second pool, located next to the restaurant, was under construction and it was noisy.

The pools and all meals were great. Staff was awesome. The fact you have 2 pools in different locations help entertain the kids with options for them to do different things. The food was great during all times

Snack variety could be better, feels like options were very limited (yet they were fresh and tasty)
