Great small hotel in a lovely location. Quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed the stay

Breakfast is ok but doesn't meet the same high standars as the hotel. In my opinion the Eggs are way too oily and poorly presented/offered/cooked for a restraunt that boasts such high standards.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and feels very luxurious. It’s in a prime location in Preko, less than 10 minute walk to the ferry port, shops and restaurants. We went in late September and we were usually the only people using the pool and there were always spots available on the beach. We had a few issues with the AC and the shower not draining but these were fixed within a few hours of us bringing it to reception’s attention. Breakfast, lunch and dinner from the restaurant was delicious.

The standard rooms are very small, fine for a few nights but would’ve been frustrating for any longer. No kettle or coffee making facilities in the room, to be fair I don’t know what space there would be to put them.

Great interior and exterior. Love the old building feel whilst being modern. Rooms were great. Beds super comfortable. Great pool area, dining area. Lovely landscaping and greenery. The private beach area opposite is great with the cabanas and offers all day sun. Just a touch more atmosphere. Staff were very personable and communicative. We also arrived at 12pm and were allowed to check in which we did t even ask for which was a bonus.

Slight improvement on the breakfast needed but you can order and have others made for you.

Great place right next to sea. We had a room with sea view and it was amazing. Very nice and spatious bathroom. Very helpful staff. Breakfast is very nice as well, buffet style or you can have something prepared from menu. Car parking is good but ask staff for best way to get around because google maps will try to push you into very narrow path.

Maybe a kettle in the room would be nice, but there is a hotel bar/restaurant so you can get what you want there.

This hotel is luxurious and very beautiful because of its scenery, rooms and service provided. Has a serene beach with clear water. Only 10min walk from ferry. The staff is amazing. All the credit goes to Nina and Lucija for helping us with getting to the hotel, with any questions. We even forgot one of our cell phones in the hotel room. Nina went extra mile to post it to us. Would definitely visit this hotel!

Small and immaculate. Very nice staff, great breakfast and super restaurant. The location is good with easy access to the sea (private beds etc) and close to a range of other swimming spots. The hotel has bikes to get about on and with the coastal path right outside the hotel it makes it a wonderful option.

Nothing really not to like, the only warning is that car access is “interesting” through a small village. You might think the gps has taken you the wrong way as you squeeze through lanes….but stick with it!

The hotel was immaculate. The location is amazing, right on the seafront in Preko, just a short distance from the ferry port. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to help you. The breakfast is delicious and I would highly recommend booking and eating in the restaurant for lunch or dinner.. the freshest fish cooked to perfection 👌🏻 There's space to lie and relax by the pool or the seafront and a sauna at the pool area. Rooms are clean and spacious. We had a terrace at the front with views over the sea.

The location is stunning. Its a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the island. After a few days in Zadar old town it was luxury to relax on the day beds by the sea and enjoy the comfort of the hotel and its pool. Great breakfast and restaurant in the hotel. The staff we super helpful, cheerful and couldn't have done more for us.

The room was well equipped with a comfy bed and nice bathroom, but it was compact. We booked last minute so felt pleased to have got the last room in the hotel

We needed a cosy, quiet hotel to spend five days in the low season (October). Hotel DUNATOVI DVORI not only met these requirements but proved to be a friendly, charming place. The building is new and decorated with class. There is a beautifully designed restaurant on site with decent food. The island itself offers a variety of attractions so, with this combination, our whole stay in Preko was extremely pleasant.

A very clean and well appointed hotel. Staff and location were excellent, with a great choice of surrounding restaurants to choose from. Preko is a bit of a hidden gem.

Breakfast for this money needs some clear adjustments. No hot food offer unless you ask, and then it’s only eggs. Fresh fruit not the best, and a first for us - watered down freshly squeezed juice! Best go for a quality concentrate rather than destroy natural orange juice.
