I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at Villa Thermopilon. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how stunning the villa is. Every detail of the property is thoughtfully designed with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The vibes here are simply unmatched: peaceful, elegant, and perfect for a truly relaxing getaway. A huge shoutout to Panos, who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. His hospitality was impeccable—always available, kind, and genuinely invested in ensuring I had the best experience possible. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to their guests’ happiness. The amenities at the villa are top-notch, leaving nothing to be desired. The outdoor space is especially amazing, perfect for soaking in the beauty of Larnaca. Villa Thermopilon has become my absolute go-to stay whenever I’m in Larnaca. It’s a true gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. This stay was super value for money. The rooms were great in size and had everything you needed. The owner was extremely friendly and provided valuable advice on nearby dining options. Parking was available, and we enjoyed the luxury of having the pool to cool down. Breakfast was served every morning in the courtyard area. It was a lovely continental breakfast and you could make special requests if needed.

The place needs a woman's touch. Only because we see areas that other's don't, like around the nooks and cranny's in the bathroom, or in and around the bedroom. It was not the cleanest, but you can tell the effort was made, and the man employed to clean the rooms and make the breakfasts was working alone so it was understandable.

Upon my arrival, the owner greeted me at the gate. He told me that it's important to him that his guests feel less like customers in his business and more like friends in his home. He then invited me into his actual home where he prepared coffee for me and we sat talking for a while. He then showed me to my room, and upon request had some great suggestions for local cuisine. Late that night I found him relaxing in the garden by the pool where we again sat and had a very pleasant and rich conversation. The room was very comfortable and quiet, with a cool and authentic aesthetic that felt very inviting and evoked memories of some of my favorite off-the-beaten-path places. I slept very well. The following day I slept through breakfast, but he wouldn't hear it and had breakfast prepared for me anyway. The employee working behind the scenes was also a very nice and friendly guy who was happy to help and diligent in his performance. His hard work was definitely part of what made the experience and deserves mention. I truly loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it.

The Villa Thermopilon is a really unique place to stay. Very quiet and moody. I've spent a few nights over there, and I think I couldn't have been luckier. I wrote this after a 16-day trip around the Island so I had some comparison over those days. I loved the peace and Cypriot vibe at the Villa. Lovely pool and charming cats. The owner is very friendly, open-minded and helpful. I'm happy I was able to discover this gem in Larnaca. I'll definitely come back here next time I visit Cyprus again.

I made last minutes reservations from the US for friends leaving Israel before war breaks out. Their journey took them initially to Cyprus, and they needed a room. I booked this located because of their ratings, review and value. My friends arrived over five hours late, dumped to issues in Israel. The villa went to great lengths to find them, even contacting me in the US when friends safely arrived in the middle of the night in Cyprus. We were beyond relieved they were safe, in a clean, private room with bath to rest, but knowing others, strangers, were caring for them when we could not. They went above and beyond in this situation. Their rate was considerably less than other large hotels with fewer amenities. I wish I could visit there myself now.

Absolutely nothing.

Panagiotis Mouscovias was brilliant. At gone midnight he came to meet me and help guide me to the property after losing my way. He was very welcoming and we had a very pleasant discussion. The room was very spacious and had everything needed for my short stay. The property was a typical village style adding to the authentic atmosphere.

I found that the breakfast could have been a little better prepared. The cats were a little bit of a disturbance when eating my breakfast.

Very cool place and very convenient ,10/10 . To get there by public transportation form the airport you need to take bus 425 to the “old hospital” stop > wait there for bus 417 and than get off at the papaflessa stop or somewhere near that few minutes by walk . (At google maps or Moovit it won’t show you the 417 line ) I had a great time with Panos and also very delicious breakfast

Excellent value for money, it was very convenient as we used it for relaxing before leaving Cyprus. The location and the amenities were superb but the real gem was the host Mr Panayiotis who made us feel at home. Spotlessly clean, the home cooked breakfast, the powerful shower and the walk in swimming pool were greatly appreciated. Plus there are not that many properties with character. It is a former family mansion, my room was number 5. Honorable mention the very comfortable mattress. Would strongly recommend to anyone and would definitely come back. Everything was perfect

Everything was wonderful the room was clean the area of the villa was clean it was exactly what we was looking for a quiet place for us. The owner of the villa was very polite and kind he was asking us if we need something and he care if everything was okey. I already recommended this places for all couples that I know because in this villa you can forget everything that is outside of the wall and be together with you second half in and wonderful place

Set around a beautiful courtyard, this place is an oasis. The high walls offer a sense of privacy and retreat from the outside world. The pool, shaded by a mature tree and fringed by flowering bougainvillea and jasmine take the edge off even the hottest of days. The rooms are comfortable and cool and most inviting after a long day. The host and team are welcoming and accommodating and generous with advice and guidance about the area.
