Huge hostel, it’s easily accessible by tram or bus to the city center. Also restaurants, supermarkets in close by. The staff were very friendly upon check in. The 4 bed dorm was comfortable. Very cheap hostel so good for those on a budget.

The electrical socket on the bed didn’t work. Lots of guests so a bit of a wait at the elevators. Lots of school groups so a bit noisy. The room could be cleaned better.

I didn't like the fact that different people who don't live there can get into this hostel, and security doesn't control the floors, anyone can enter the room

Overall, my stay was good. The hostel is about 20 minutes from the city center, but there’s a bus stop just 5 minutes away on foot, which made it easy to get around. There’s also a Lidl supermarket nearby — very convenient. the staff was friendly, the vibe was good, and the facilities were fine. I’d still recommend it, especially if you’re okay being a bit outside the center.

The heater in the bathroom for drying clothes didn’t work, which was frustrating since I had wet clothes and no way to dry them. I asked multiple times for the room to be cleaned. Sometimes it was done, but two times I asked and nothing happened, no response at all. That was disappointing. Maybe it’s related to the fact that I booked through Booking.com and not directly on their app or site I’m not sure.

It's a modern building with lift and the dorm is ensuite with bathroom. Very near to bus stop / tram. Convenient to take bus / tram to city centre which is about 6km away.

The kitchen use is a bit troublesome. Need to request kitchen utilities from reception and pay deposit before the use.

A very busy and popular hostel .Many young people as guests.

I had a truly beautiful experience staying at a&o Hostel! The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very enjoyable from the start. What made my visit even more special was the exceptional service I received from Mr. Karim. He was always smiling, welcoming, and incredibly professional. His warm attitude and helpful nature truly made me feel at home. Whether I had questions or needed assistance, he handled everything with such grace and efficiency. I recently stayed at this place and would like to sincerely thank the lady manager and a young tall slim guy with long hair — I may have forgotten their names (possibly Diley or something similar) — both were extremely kind and cooperative at the reception. Their professionalism and friendly attitude wasn’t just for me, but consistent for everyone who approached the counter. The environment was very neat and clean, and I appreciated how organized everything felt. Initially, I stayed in the 4-bed dormitory, but it was a bit noisy due to some energetic young tourists. Upon request, I was able to move to a single room, which was much more peaceful and comfortable. The staff handled the change very smoothly. No Pakistani food

The room offered a pleasant park view and unique city's panoramic, which was the highlight of the stay. The facilities were well-maintained, including reliable Wi-Fi service, air conditioning, and cable televisions. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy feel and small rack containers for luggage under the beds. Impeccable bathrooms. The hotel's staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay, including assistance with check-in, luggage storage, and after check-out. Breakfast was a significant positive, incredibly varied, and with a wide buffet spread that included options for different diets.

The location far from the city, which is around 30 to 45 minutes away from the city center. Despite that, it can be reached by trams 19 or 16 if you buy the adequate public transport ticket (1 day, 3 days, 1 week).

It is a bit far away but local taxis are super cheap (we used Uber). The lifts can take a while as the building is so big. The bedding was maybe a bit uncomfortable.

For the price, the room was quite nice. It was clean and located conveniently close to a pharmacy, grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was connected to another room by a locked internal door, and the neighboring room was occupied by a group of kids from a sports team. There were also more kids from the same team staying on our floor. Unfortunately, it was very noisy—they were shouting and even playing with a ball in the hallway during early mornings and late evenings, which made it difficult to rest (we were out during the day, so it may have been quieter then). It's hard to say whether the issue was due to poor sound insulation from the connecting door or just the kids being particularly loud—but either way, it was disruptive. Additionally, the electric stove in the shared kitchen wasn’t working, and even the staff couldn’t get it to function.
