Small cozy hotel at a top place. Noisy, for sure, but the standard windows were very good at reducing the noise :) The AC was working as expected (in contrary to many other hotels). Breakfast was OK - many choices and some slight variations from day to day. Beds and beddings were superb :)

The bathroom was tiny: you have to predict your behavior and not to make any sudden moves. The room cleaning was spotty, some places of the room, including the bathroom were not cleaned in 7 days of our stay :( The breakfast room has only 6 tables, thus on some days there were ques waiting for the table. No electric outlets close to the beds.

Breakfast,location, possibility to leave the luggage after the check-out. The place was very quite, but yet so central ( 10/15 minute distance from the astronomic clock tower) and we slept very well. The view on the river and Charles bridge was spectacular (we were on the second floor,room 10). The staff was very nice and responsive via mail ( they gave us a room on the second floor as we asked, and they also allowed us to take breakfast at 1025 (breakfast finishes at 1030). I would definitely recommend the place to anybody looking for a central but quite hotel in a very romantic corner of the city 🥰

Everything was amazing and must say, overall experience is perfect!! Staff were amazing. Nice and clean rooms, lovely breakfast, location is right down the Charles Bridge. Walkable distance to all the attractions. Tram station is 5 minutes away walk. Special Mention- for receptionist Julia and the staff who helped us when we forgot the keys inside our room and went out. We came back in midnight and realized we don't have the key, then Ms. Julia came all the way to the hotel to help with the key; Highly appreciate it.Thank you for making the Prague trip an amazing one.

Nothing to complain. Everything was perfect. One suggestion - If they can allocate at least one staff to stay in the hotel, in cases of emergency, that would be lovely.

The room was a great size for this location; wonderful outlook on the water and to the end of Charles Bridge. Fridge, Safe, plenty of glasses and cups (tea and coffee making is not in your room, but always available on ground floor). Bathroom extras of tissues, shower caps, cotton buds, etc. Bed was comfortable and with large pillows (a rare find). The staff (mostly) were exceptional - friendly, helpful; Breakfast was basic and repetitive but fresh and enough. The location is excellent - quiet yet only the bridge away from Old Town and a short stroll into Lesser Town. Trams just a short walk away. Many restaurants and 'street food' close-by. I was concerned about the marijuana shop across the lane, but found no issues in the 4 nights we stayed.

The only downfall for this exceptional property is the shower cubicle. It's the size of a shower on a small boat...those small triangular things; washing ones long hair is hazardous and shaving your legs is a yoga class in itself :O

Lovely hotel in a great location. Close to all the must see sights but just far enough back to be quiet. Great continental breakfast. Free coffee from afternoon to late evening.

Perfect location. We had a room with river view and of course view of Charlie's bridge. It was amazing. We could see the sculptures through the windows, even from the bathroom window Such an amazing view to see every morning. Breakfast was very good. Big variety and delicious. Very clean room and all the areas. Reception staff very helpful and pleasant. We had an afternoon departure flight and it was very helpful that we could leave our luggage at the hotel.

Reception was very professional and polite. They made me feel welcome. Very charming vintage hotel located perfectly in Prague. Practically on the Charles Bridge but not in the heavy tourist traffic of the main walking street. A few steps away you dive right into the flow of tourism. But the evenings are romantically quiet, and the hotel is easy to get to after sightseeing all day. Good restaurants located all around the area. Property has an elevator to easy the access to the upper floors. Breakfast is adequate in a small quiet cafe setting.

The corner of the hotel where the entrance is located is very busy with pedestrian traffic during the day. It was a little awkward when getting dropped off, but it could just have been a busy Saturday afternoon. It quieted down in the evening and became quiet by 7:00pm. So, it's not really a complaint, just a warning it could be busy.

Perfect location for walking about in Prague. Large comfortable room with modern bathroom. Good breakfast buffet for a small hotel (21 rooms). Very helpful and friendly staff.

Lighting in room wasn't great - just a ceiling light - making it a challenge for reading and doing paperwork. Couldn't get any TV channels - it was stuck on some movie channel. We were there for 6 days without any TV news coverage.

The room was absolutely beautiful, the music always playing outside of the window in one of the nearby restaurants made it something like magic. The amenities in the room exceeded expectations and breakfast was also quite abundant! A good mix of sweet and savory.

Everything was perfect, there was just perhaps one little miscommunication just before checkout where I felt as though I were being rushed out the door (although I had 15 minutes left), and while it was quite a menial thing it just wasn’t exactly how I wanted to leave what had otherwise been for me the most perfect spot of the vacation.

Great location, very climatic area of the city, the rooms are decent size, quite surprising given the location and the building itself not looking very big, close to the water canal with cute boats passing by. Decent breakfast, overall friendly staff and a food place for accommodation in Prague.

I had to do a bit of convincing at the front desk in order to pay in EUR, which was my preferred option. No parking, but the staff is very helpful and can indicate what the option are for leaving the car within short walking distance.
