Staying at this hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location is excellent, with several cozy bars and the real highlight – the water park, which became a favorite spot for the whole family. A special thank you to animator Luka for his energy and professionalism – he made our vacation unforgettable! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a fun atmosphere!

However, we were a bit disappointed with the water quality, as it seemed somewhat questionable. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Despite this, we still recommend the hotel for its great service and fun atmosphere!

Its very beautiful and a really good deal for the price. We had the best experience with the staff, they are really professional and kind. The last day we had a late flight at noon (check out 12am) they allowed us to stay until our taxi arrived Yehia Zakaria helped us so much, he works at reception and is one of the most friendly people we met in egipt. We will 100% come back ,and we dont have a single bad word for the staff or the hotel Just a bunch of frendly and professional people I will be recommending to all our friends

We liked the aquaparc we have to take a bus to there but its only 5 mins away we can also walk there but wouldnt recommend walking in the scorching sun (the bus driver we met was super nice and funny). We also liked that every night there some entertainment and its not just at night also in the mornings and afternoon there is like dance,volleyball,aquagym,stretching,meditation and it will either be at one of the pools or at the beach.A BIG THANKS TO THE ANIMATION/ENTERTAINMENT TEAM. And there is also a lot of food options there is a buffet for breakfast dinner and lunch every day is a different theme for example on thursday its asian food, wednesday gala dinner there were so many optipns we didnt know what to pick and everyone working at the resort were very nice!!!

Air Conditioner didn't work it wasn't actually a AC it was a fan and then a vent to make it look like an AC, so we got really hot at night. The staff at the reception can be a little more responsive. AND do NOT expect internet anywhere but in the lobby/reception, which is why the lobby will always be crowded

staff are so kind and helpful, especially ( smily man and wonderful Yahya zakria , also Mahmoud thawrat was so cooperative and respectful). All other facilities were awesome.

Only one thing i think they have to take care of, my friend got intestinal catarrh after eating a pice of fish in beach restaurant.

I didn't put wallet to safe and cleaning guy check my backpack and "took tip" by himself. We talked with other people from another room and they had same situation. he get to our room even i explained that we no need any cleaning ....so I advice to use safe.

The value for money wow I feel like I should have paid more The food was honestly amazing different food in the buffet everyday breaky/lunch/dinner and food in between and the selection was huge the standard room is nice its what you'd expect for $100 a night the unlimited drinks is great the beach is beautiful it's a 5minute walk or you can take the shuttle which picks up and drops off every 30minutes. All round a great place.

Trying to relax on the beach and having 3 people 1 by 1 approach us with the same offer "sir are you interested in this or that?" I asked them to leave me alone but they still continued. I'm trying to relax and enjoy the sun and they're offering me a quad bike ride I found it annoying and rude especially after asking them nicely to leave us alone.

A good hotel, excellent staff, everyone is responsive and friendly, especially the administrator Mahrus, he is always ready to solve any problem or at least make every effort to solve it, while he sincerely helped us without even taking money. The food at the hotel is very good quality and varied. The beach is clean, its corals. Of course, there are also disadvantages, in particular, the equipment of the rooms, the furniture is quite old, it needs repairs, noisy air conditioning, etc. But this minus is compensated by the price, you need to understand that you are taking a very budget option, you should not count on European 4 * for the comfort of accommodation

Many different things to do. We loved the aqua park and also the spa. We had two trips to the spa and it was worth every penny. The staff at the aqua park are funny and made it a fun time. We LOVED the camel Oscar who walked around on the beach answering we will miss him. In general staff was very polite and helpful.

The beds are at bit hard. The staff on the beach are sometimes too inappropriate towards women - some of them do not respect a no and do not realize that their attention is unwanted. Also a strong language barrier with a lot of the staff - however it is an Arabic speaking country and I wouldn’t expect them to understand everything. Food quality (taste) is the only actual bad thing about the stay. Everything else was minor things.
