location was beautiful, staff were very friendly and willing to help. The beach bar was great. The general Manager was a symbol of friendliness and hospitality. He went around greeting guess , i really admired that. the pools were clean every morning, too much to drink and eat. I love the taxi service. Good room service. i love the entertainment after dinner, it was lovely

The heat, i underestimated it no cold water to shower in the room

Good value for money, with helpful and friendly (mostly) staff who made every effort to be of service. Smiley faces and they seem to enjoy working at the resort. The food especially in the specialist restaurants was excellent. Given the number of people, the kitchen was catering for they worked miracles. Huge variety of high quality food, wonderfully displayed. Faultless. Special shout out to the beach staff especially Mohammed who were brilliant.

The reception staff were uniformly dismissive, often rude and miserable. They were the first point of contact and gave a poor impression, thankfully I had little need of their services. The quality of the alcoholic drinks was grim, some were undrinkable.

The stay was good! Overall we enjoyed it

If the hotel focuses more on customer service and cleanliness they will be spectacular. Has a lot of potential with their facilities

The hotel was very busy and crowded during my stay, it was hard to find a place on the pool or in the restaurants which was also affecting the quality of- services on restaurant and pools Beach is so shallow, you have to walk for a long distance using the wooden bridge to reach a swimmable location

I liked the soul of the hotel. Staff was friendly, supportive, and helpful. Always smile. They changed our room to pool view from their own, as my booking was a garden view, which I liked the most from them. Vibes on the pool were pretty nice and joyful. Animation team were doing their best to make us happy and enjoy our time on the pool, especially the water polo activities. The food was delicious and contain various dishes.

Only the sea, which was not there at all. The water depth was about 20 cm for about 300 meter inside the sea. it was not sandy, and better to wear sea shoes to go through the water.

Buffet and food was always delicious although deserts needed more variety. Pools were clean always and was lovely seeing the gardening happen on a daily basis.

More than the location itself, which was excellent, I was impressed by the staff. They were so kind and helpful. From those at the reception, to the lifeguards at the pool, and Mahmoud, the guy who cleans the rooms. Every day, he made a new towel creation. The animation team at the pools was also great. Although tipping is not mandatory, it’s nice and helpful if you give it to the staff. I gave the lifeguard at the pool a bigger tip at the beginning of the week, and every morning, there was a sunbed with a towel waiting for me. The same goes for the restaurant. The waiter will then make sure you have a table and will come by regularly to check if you need anything.

Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby. However, I bought an Egyptian SIM card upon arrival at the airport, so it didn’t really matter to me.

The staff is very helpful. Landscape is very beautiful. Food is tasty with good variety. The room is large. Have a good space for moving inside.

4Beach is bad.. the water tide make it very shallow and, at noon time the sea ground appeared. You have to walk around 300 m to reach the small space for swimming. The animation show starting and finished within dinner time..it should be started after finoshed dinner time. The furniture need renovation. The garden need past control. The smell of garden irrigation water is very bad. It is not 5 stars hotel. 4 stars maximum.

Everything, however there are things that can improve, new bed covers and sheets, they are old and bobbly. A prayer room is a must in the resort, it’s such a shame the resort is huge but not one prayer room available. Game room needs upgrading. Drinks need more variety. And more towel stations. Breakfast can have more variety, but overall it’s very good.
