It's my 3rd time coming to this hotel with my mom and my brother .The food is really good.Clean rooms (room 1134 this time)with nice decor and anything you might need.The housekeeping guy is very kind and friendly. I would like to mention Chef Samir who is a very,very nice person and he is always helping with any concerns regarding the food and not only. In general all the hotel staff is nice,friendly and helpful. The animation team is very good.I would like to thank you to Khalid who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Also,i would like to mention that one of the girls from the animation team called Sophie is very, very rude and when i asked her what is her name as her behaviour was unacceptable,she waved her hand and she just turned around.I really belive that this girl Sophie doesn't belong to such a nice place.Sophie customer service skills is below 0 unfortunately. Such a shame as because of this girl behaviour my mood during my holiday has changed and I won't come back to this hotel in the future. When you are on holiday you are expecting to see nice,helpful and friendly people around you,not rude staff. I was really disappointed and I believe that her behaviour towards the guests is unacceptable.

Everything! Everyone was super lovely, rooms cleaned to a great standard, food was 10/10 which can’t be said for most hotel buffets, pools were nice, slides were super fun, the restaurants on site were yum especially the Italian!

Gym needs updating

The food quality, variety, and quantitiy were amazing. The room cleanliness and size were great. The aquapark was great and the pools as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The resort is huge and has several restaurants and pools that you don't really feel the place is super crowded.

The beach wasn't as expected, the sea at this area is subjected to ebb and flow, in addition that we were told that they have raised the level of the shore, so that the sea is not possible for swimming at all during the whole day compared to the resorts near by. No sea at all. All drinks were free of charge including alcoholic drinks, but not fresh juices, which I didn't understand. Juices that were free of charge were of poor quality.

The hotel was really very pleasant .. We had no need to go out of it during our stay.. Many activities during day and night.. All inclusive , so all snacks and food is available all day. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The aquapark is very nice and of different levels. even there was small one for kids who are scared of the main ones.

beach & sea was not good... but this is mainly due to nature of red sea which is not like Mediterranean Sea :)! However the pools (normal & heated) really was satisfying

This hotel feels like home! Biggest THANKS to Mr. Majdi Jamal السيد مجدي جمال من ادارة قسم الاستقبال He was the main reason why we chose this hotel! He was super helpful, super nice, super sweet and friendly He made it feel like home! Also from the restaurant team : Mr. Ahmed AbdElFatah and Mr. Samy and Mr. Mahmoud were super supportive suuper supportive Our kid has allergy from almost all kinds of food They made sure to cook the special meal for him daily !! They were so sweet they helped us They also knew what we like the most السيد أحمد عبدالفتاح و السيد سامي و السيد محمود And Ms. Haya from the hosting section she was amazing with us From the room service section we were lucky to meet Mr. Ibrahim My kids used to wait for him everyday after he cleans our room to see how he makes animal characters out of towels He is so creative ! We were all impressed !! I would like to thank Mr. Amro and Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Belal and Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim from the Reception team I would like to thank Mr. Abdullah from the IT department he helped us more than 10 times Also BIG thanks to Ms. Jiji from the Jazy Kids club My girls enjoyed their time with her She is super good and friendly with kids with a BIG Smile on her face all the time :) The best thing about this hotel is safety and security its 24 hours ! No one can enter randomly they check even the Uber cars and ID This is my second visit to this hotel and i will visit million times more!!

Sometimes the internet connection is low

Honeslty everything is perfect at Jaz aquamarine. The rooms, the cleanliness, the food, the landscape and above all amazing incredible staff who served us everyday with a smile and would even bring us what we need before we ask for it. They're all amazing with children and are so friendly. Given it's Ramadan and many staff members are fasting they still worked so hard always with politness and a smile. I also wanna thank the Jazy Kids club team. Kate, Gigi, Jana and all the team for their amazing activities everyday, they kept my daughter so happy and excited everyday to see what new activities they will do. Best value for money and a great place to take your family for an incredible holiday, and to see a great example of true hospitality. :)

Nothing it's perfect.

We have just returned from an amazing 7 night holiday here at Jaz Aquamarine. We cannot fault any part, everything was exceptional. We would like to say a particular and special thank you to Ayman, the manager of our stay, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure our stay was memorable and ran smoothly. I unfortunately became unwell (not down to the hotel at all) and Ayman helped us with everything, checked on us daily either in person or by phone - anything we wanted or needed he made sure it was done for us. He is just brilliant and we are so grateful for the service he gave us. The resort itself is beautiful and very clean. There are many different pools, two hot tubs along the beachfront and beach loungers available to rent however as we booked the Royal Suite these were free, included in our stay. Also included were free reservations each night to the A La Carte restaurants. All we can say is how the food here is absolutely delicious and the chefs do an amazing job. Nino’s (Italian) and Sofra (Lebanese) were our favourite restaurants, the food and service here really was the best. We received exceptional service all round from the servers at restaurants - they were extremely informative about dishes, gave recommendations and again couldn’t do enough for us. Servers that stood out to us particularly are Mina at Nino’s, Bassamm at Nino’s and the snack bar, and Mohammed Al at Sofra - you were all so friendly and welcoming, and our drinks never went down as you were all so quick to refill us, so thank you very much! This was our first trip to Jaz Aquamarine and we loved everything about it. The service all round at this hotel was just amazing. Our expectations were exceeded in every way possible. We will be back very soon!

It would be nice if the evening entertainment could last a little longer as it finishes quite early at 11pm however this does not take away from how amazing the resort itself is.

Amazing resort. The receptionist is very helpful. Special thankful for Mr. Mohamed Ramadan and Mr Ayman… The hotel is full of activities where we never felt bored. The animation team is lovely. The food is unbelievable (specially the Italian restaurant)

The food in the Indian restaurant.

This is a great hotel, a big complex, loads of pools and slides, garden areas and beach. It never seemed too busy, but i would imagine that in peak season it would be quite hectic. Always clean and tidy and very well presented Several restaurant choices, always plenty of good food and a wide variety. The a la carte Italian was especially good. I came to kitesurf and the centre on site (Kite Marine Hurghada) was excellent, well equipped, friendly and knowledgeable. The wellness centre was also excellent - sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool, massage My sea view room was only a short walk along the beach from the kite centre, and was very quite and away from the noisier bar terrace area in the evenings. All the staff were friendly, chatty and helpful, and never touting for tips (unlike the guys at the airport)

I'm not a massive fan of the buffet restaurant concept in general, and it can become a bit samey over the course of 10 days, but that's just me - the food as mentioned was always good and plentiful.

The pools are the primary reason we stayed and we weren't let down. The family room was a great layout with 2 kids beds, nice and dark. The range of food and drinks I'd rate 8/10 for an all inclusive. It's North Africa ultimately so it isn't going to be the same as Mexico or other higher end destinations

- Sometimes the resort felt a bit TOO big, we walked over 10k steps every day just getting around the pool and restaurants - The staff we really mixed, most just didn't seem to be that great at customer service (barely acknowledged you or worse they would cut in front of you when walking etc.) - My 3 year old daughter was scared of all the staff members as they kept touching her (I know this is part of Arabic culture but a 3 year old can't recognise this)
