Hotel was welcoming in terms of helpful staff and communication. The food was nice and varied but after staying for a number of days, it became quite bland. Thankfully there were other on-site restaurants we could use. Unfortunately though, even with the reception offering to to book these, they were always full. Therefore, we had to queue up before they opened to ensure we got a table. The pools were nice and warm with plenty of slides for the children. Plenty of sun beds and nice to get a choice of drinks and snacks at any time of the day. Evening entertainment was nice. Rooms were comfortable.

I would question that it is a 5 * hotel. The hotel is looking and feeling tired with tiles cracked, balcony doors rattling in the wind and the shower weak. Unfortunately, we had no WiFi in our room even though I complained about it and they changed the router. The signal is just not strong enough to serve the large hotel. So please bear in mind, if you have children and need WiFi for them to entertain themselves on their devices for an hour or so a day. Something I must also mention was just be warned that if there is an unfortunate accident on the grounds, it may take up to 30 minutes to be attended to, which could be fatal. There does not seem to be any procedures in place to cope with emergencies.

We stayed at this hotel near the end of October 2023. From the time we entered the hotel we were impressed. We were welcomed by the lovely Nancy at reception. She explained all of the hotel's amenities, meal options and even reserved our à la carte dinners. She checked up on us throughout our stay to ensure that all our needs were met. The service she provided was exceptional. We stayed in a swim-up room which exceeded our expectations. Housekeeping was friendly and accommodating. The grounds around the swim up rooms were well-maintained. Even though it was not the main pool, it was cleaned every day and the water satisfactorily warm. Because of the amount of pools and sunbeds, we never felt crowded or experienced any "sunbed-wars". It was also pleasantly satisfying that the drinks staff would visit us in the swim-up pools so we did not need to leave our private space. The grounds are beautiful with lovely bridges providing many photo opportunities. The water slides were not crowded even though it was the UK October half-term. There were many entertainment options to keep us occupied. The hotel boasted a large games room which to my surprise included pool tables and a bowling alley. The all-inclusive meals and à la carte dinners were delicious and varied. Thanks again to Nancy and desk manager Mohammed Samra for helping arrange these for us. Mr. Samra was also very helpful throughout our stay, answering/sorting any queries that we had. The welcoming and friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay a truly memorable experience. Because of this, we are planning a return visit with our extended family.

We were supposed to stay 10 nights, but we were so satisfied that we stayed some extra nights. First thing that we noticed are aromas on reception lobby , beside hygiene they make sure to make it smell absolutely perfect! Right after we arrived at the reception, we met Mohamed Abu elmgd , since we came before official check in he accompanied us through hotel facilities, showed us were are the main restaurants, lobby bar ,everything else . We even had a problem with local sim card that he solved . Hotel has a la card restaurant’s , some of them are available every night , but Japanese and Mexican you need to make a reservation and Mohamed even did that for us. Every day he was checking on us , if everything was ok . Available 24/7 . We decided to stay longer firstly because of him and after because of hotel . We had a perfect swim up room with heated pool right next to the bar. All of the staff is amazing, room hygiene is perfect . I must say that all of the managers are there to help , especially our new friends Khaled and Mohsen- restaurant managers , the most cheerful man in the world , really I am not sure if they ever sleep, they check on the food , they make sure everyone is happy after meal time . The beach area is also well maintained, with beautiful sand , there are all different activities. Not to forget the animation team !! Everybody is so nice , but Wiki and Momo are highlights of the team . Always in the mood.

- very nice hotel with all the facilities; multiple pools (one heated water), slides, play ground, multiple restaurants, etc. - good food with good variety. - very nice and helpful staff. our direct manager Mr Ahmed Yazeed gave us his direct Whatsapp number and he was very kind and helpful in whatever we asked. - all the drinks and snacks and between the meals are also freely available throughout the day.

- As mentioned the food was good specially the grill sections, but the quality of some of the dishes could be far better. for example the "Kufta" was always too dry and chewy, the rice was most of the time overcooked, the chicken nugget for the kids was not eatable. but the good point was that there was always something good in the menu. - the shops in the hotel were really over-priced and they always wanted to sell you something that you do not need with a price 3 times more than in Europe. - There were only 2 options for the juice (pineapple & multi-fruit) for breakfast, lunch and dinner with no change. My kid did not like either of the 2. if there was apple or orange juice, it would please more people.

Facilities and a lot of the personnel at the bar and pool were super friendly. The hotel room was spacious and very comfortable. Some people might say its a bit outdated but the hotel had everything you need with your family. Swimming pools, slides, sunbeds, kids animation, variety of food, ...

Nothing...maybe one thing: the internet wifi should be faster. And a minor comment: TV didnt work well either but we never used it so this was less an issue.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Titanic Palace. The rooms were spacious, spotless, well equipped, and comfortable with great pool view and direct access to the pool from the room terrace. The breakfast, launch, and dinner buffet was delicious, with a huge daily variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever. For not under estimated any efforts, i would like to thank Mr Ahmed abu Elyazeed reception SV and Mr Paula, the front office officer, for their amazing way to welcome us and the great hospitality. The only thing was that the beach water was very shallow. You needed to walk around 10 minutes to reach the deep water. Alternatively, they have an amazing coral spot directly in front of the beach, which is very good for snorkelling. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

First of all i would like to thank Mr. Ahmed Abu Elyazeed (Recp SV) for his great & amazing hospitality, organised our plan and wonderful recommendation. Always asking & following with us if everything is fine and as expected. Moreover, they welcomed us with some delicious fruits and snacks. The hotel is really exceptional, my kids enjoyed to the maximum. Whatever you need, you find it in the hotel. (Gaming zone, bowling, shopping centre, water sports, entertainment, shows, daily party, disco ) Finally i would like to talk about the variety of endless types of food and restaurants, Never forget to book in a Japanese restaurant. For sure, i will repeat it again They also have corals that you can see after only 10 minutes of walking on the beach.

Honestly, nothing May be only beach is shallow. If you want to swim you have to walk for 10 minutes but you will enjoy the nature life and the sea shells and crabs.

We enjoyed in titanic palace, really is nice hotel , the staff is good especially Mr, Paul and Mrs heba , big resort with big sliders also the room is good access to the pool , we recommend titanic palace to outher people to come here and take this experience.
